What about me ?
I am a senior research scientist currently under contract at
NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, where I coordinate the
Applications initiatives for the Ice, Cloud and land Elevation
Satellite-2 (ICESat-2) mission. I studied agriculture and
natural resource economics and science & technology policy.
Before coming to NASA I worked on model development
focusing on agricultural production and land use change. At
Goddard, I engage with user communities interested in
exploring the utility and societal value of ICESat-2 data.
Learning about the innovative ways in which scientists and
data users propose to use ICESat-2 observations strengthens
my passion to explore and improve our understanding of
scientific knowledge flows.
My hobbies
I am an avid bird watcher, love hiking and have fun
building a repertoire of adventures in skiing and brewing
beer!
Other
I am grateful for the opportunity to develop and co-chair
the WDS-ECR Network with Alice and Ivan and look
forward to all new connections and to advancing our
network together!
