2018 OHTP—Osseo Hockey Training Program 12 On-Ice / 12 Off-Ice Sessions at the Champlin Ice Forum

3 Different Sessions: High School/Incoming, Peewee/Bantam,

Squirt/Supermite—Please note the new times this year!

On-ice training will include over-speed puck handling, shooting,

passing, and skating skills. We will also play various small area

games that encourage creativity, on-ice vision, and puck protection.

Off-ice training will include several hockey specific core and plyo-

metric exercises. All drills and training will reflect the team philoso-

phies that are true to the Osseo High School Hockey Program pro-

moting “blue collar” work ethics, sportsmanship, character, and

leadership skills.

There are no special requirements to take part in our camp. This

camp is open to any hockey player looking to improve their hockey

skills/athleticism and to have some fun!

We take great pride in the Osseo Hockey program and are hon-

ored to be coaching at our alma-mater. We both have extensive

hockey experience and were captains of our Osseo Oriole high

school hockey teams.

risks while watching and/or participating in the OHTP are assumed by the

student and his parents and/or guardian and this assumption is

acknowledged, approved by their signature hereto.
