2018 Course Dates
The ServSafe course provides an in-depth understanding of the rules that your food service establishment must follow for the health and safety of employees and patrons.
Topics include: foodborne illnesses, hazards in the flow of food preparation, proper sanitation and crisis management. This class is for uncertified food managers.
Lunch is not provided. Participants are given a one hour lunch break.

Registration A course textbook and map will be sent with your registration confirmation. During the course you will receive handouts, an examination and ServSafe certificate upon passing the exam.
Late registration: If you register within 10 business days of the course date, materials must be picked up in person.
Cancellation: Call 651-266-1199 to reschedule a course. There will be a $30 fee if you reschedule less then 72 hours before the course.
Walk-ins not accepted on day of class.

Re-Certification Class 12 - 4 p.m.
2018 Course Dates
This course will refresh and expand your knowledge of the rules for your food service establishment to ensure the health and safety of employees and patrons. Available to people who have been previously certified.
Lunch is not provided but you can bring a bag lunch to eat during class.
Exam Re-Tests
Exam re-tests are given at the end of each Full Day Food Manager Certification class.
To request a re-test application, call 651-266-1199 and leave a message. Include your name, company and the address where you want the application mailed.
