GRADUATION CEREMONY CHECKLIST

July 30th –August 1st 2018

TO DO If you are intending to collect your academic dress and go directly to your ceremony, it is recommended that

you arrive 60 minutes (8:30am and 1:30pm) before your ceremony begins.

Registration (Central Building, CB north entrance + room G01)

You can collect your tickets and academic dress from 9:30am on Sunday 29 July

Before attending the ceremony, make sure you are dressed appropriately

400 RMB deposit

Ceremony Hall (Central Building, room G13W)

Make sure you and your parents will arrive at the Ceremony Hall at 9am for morning ceremony and 2pm for

afternoon ceremony, and take the right seats, wrong order will affect the newly-added Thanksgiving session.

Group Photo

Return all of your academic dress before 6pm on Wednesday 1 August so you can collect your deposit

Collect your copy of your individual and group photos (available on Portal after your ceremony).
