Having the right parts and tools, and being able to find them when you want them, results in improved worker efficiency.

Other vehicle organization systems offer limited mobility. This is where the Sortimo system is unique to the market. Mobility is made possible through the use of BOXXes.

Sortimo has many different types and sizes of BOXXes to meet your organization needs. BOXXes are secured into tracks on the shelves that hold them in place when the vehicle is in motion.

Having the ability to remove the BOXXes from the vehicle and take them with you to the jobsite allows you to be organized inside the vehicle and out.

Sortimo’s program for ready-to-market products is called Exxpand. Exxpand is the easiest way for our customers to organize their vans and optimize their operations. By utilizing our North American warehouse and our nationwide network of distributors, we can quickly get any product within the Exxpand program ready to ship and install, and ready for the end user to put it to work in their vehicle.

All of the products included within this catalog are part of the Exxpand program.

Sortimo also offers a custom design service where a design professional will work directly with the distributor, dealer, or end customer to develop a cargo organization system that is custom-tailored to the way the end customer uses their vehicle. In a custom solution, all Sortimo products can be utilized to develop a solution that best fits the needs of the customer. Since custom design solutions are developed on an individual basis, they will typically be priced higher than an Exxpand solution and will have a product lead time of 4-12 weeks. Thus, the custom path to vehicle organization should be considered when an off-the-shelf solution with Exxpand is not available.

Protexx Partitions divide your work van into two separate zones: the passenger area, which doubles as a mobile office, and the cargo area for storing parts and tools. In the event of an unplanned stop, Protexx Partitions offer an extra level of safety and security. Partitions are contoured to fit each van and conform to the B-pillar trim and headliner in the van.

• Reduces the amount of noise in the passenger area of the van coming from items in the cargo area. This creates a safer and more comfortable environment for the driver.

• Heat or cool just the passenger area rather than the entire van.

• Allows for full seat travel and a reasonable amount of seat recline. This is especially important for driver comfort in smaller vans.

Shelf Staxx are a lightweight, durable van shelving system that creates an organizational solution for your van. The modular design allows for flexibility in both configuration and layout. Shelf Staxx’s modern appearance compliments both the current and new generation of commercial vans.

• Lightweight – Fiberglass, pultruded end panels have a very strong strength-to-weight ratio and is the same process that is used to make the ladder rails on fiberglass ladders. Shelf Staxx are typically 25-30 percent lighter than a traditional steel shelving unit of comparable size.

For applications requiring additional storage above the MAXX Drawer, use a top shelf to finish off the MAXX Drawer. The top shelf is constructed of steel and has a 5” lip around its perimeter. The top shelf is designed to accept cross dividers to subdivide up the area within the shelf. Dividers are not standard, but are available separately as an option.

FLEXX Rack is a modular, drop-down shelving and cargo management system all in one. It has been developed especially for the requirements of courier, express, and parcel delivery service providers.

• Shelves are constructed of an innovative Sortimo composite material which is lightweight but still maintains a load rating of 265 lbs. per shelf.
