Examples: If you wanted an Investigator microphone for a XTS 3000 radio, that wouldbe an ‘Investigator-M3’. If you want the popular ‘quick disconnect’ (QD) feature, youwould order the ‘Investigator-QD-M3’.

WHICH EARPIECE DO I NEED FOR MY SPEAKER MICROPHONE?The listen only earpieces are available with long 26” cords to connect directly tothe radio connector or the 3.5mm threaded M2 connector for any Motorola speakermicrophone that has the earpiece port on the radio connector. The earpieces withthe short 14” cords are for speaker microphone that have the port on the actualhead of the speaker microphone.
