2019-2020 CRAA ENGINEERING CONSULTANT PRE-QUALIFICATION PROGRAM –PRE-SOLICITATION MEETING
2016-2018 Pre-Qual ProgramShort History of Current Program
• Program was set up so CRAA would have multiple firms available to use quickly.
• 31 disciplines were established.
• Lump sum (LS) agreements executed for services less than $50,000 based upon negotiated scope.
• Hourly agreements executed for services $50,000-$149,999 based upon technical proposals and then negotiated scope.
• Program was extended through 2018.

CRAA.
