Team Entry Fee: Early Registration $2195.00 (By March 12, 2018) $2495.00 (After March 12, 2018)

Entry fee is based on 10 jerseys – If you need more jerseys, please add $25 per extra jersey over the 10 included in the team entry fee of $2195.00 or $2495.00. Please collect all your teams’ payments and send in all together with the roster. Do not have players send in money to the rink for players individual payment towards your team’s fee. Deposit of $300 reserves your teams spot in the

league. You can finalize your roster later.
