LITANY FOR LIGHTING THE ADVENT AND CHRIST CANDLES The Keefer Family People: Today we worship in awe and wonder and we give thanks that you cared enough for your people to come and live among us so that we might know your ways. Amen.

Leader: On each Sunday we lit candles of Hope, Peace, Joy, and Love. Now we light the center candle. Good Christian friends, rejoice with heart and soul and voice!

People: Listen now to what we say: News! News! Jesus Christ is born today.

Leader: O Sing to the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth.

People: Sing to the Lord, bless his name; tell of his salvation from day to day.

All: Good Christian friends, rejoice with heart and soul and voice! Now you need not fear the grave: Peace! Peace! Christ was born to save! Christ was born to save!
