CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be made (less a $50 processing fee) if written notice of withdrawal is received by January 18, 2017. No refunds will be granted for withdrawal after that date.

The meeting will be held at The Hamilton Convention Centre (1 Summers Lane, Hamilton, ON) and the accommodation will be provided by The Sheraton Hamilton Hotel (116 King St W, Hamilton, ON). The properties are directly connected by an indoor walkway. CPEG delegates will receive a special single/double occupancy rate of $135.00 or 149/night (depending on availability) + applicable taxes (traditional room), based on availability up until January 18, 2017.

CPEG is pleased to maintain its support of fellows in training and our nursing colleagues by offering two (2) nights of accommodation for out-of-town fellows and out-of-town active CPEN nurses* who attend CPEG 2017. You may submit your name for pairing to the meeting organizers, or you may submit as a pair of roommates for a hotel room (one form per pair).
