Shipment/FreightApplies to any single destination via surface transportation. Our routing.Domestic: Freight prepaid for orders $350 or greater. F.O.B destination. Our routing.Canada: Freight prepaid for orders $500 or greater. F.O.B destination. Our routing.International: Non-Medical device orders for $750 or greater ship (F.A.S.) to US port of shipment. Medical device orders ship freight add to foreign port. Does not include duties and taxes. Customer responsible for clearing.

Return Goods PolicyMerchandise will not be accepted without a “Return Merchandise Authorization” form provided by a Customer Service Representative. If return is authorized, product will be inspected and credit will be issued for those items found to be in salable condition as defined by Customer Service. Transportation charges must be prepaid and those goods found to be in salable condition will be credited; subject to a 25% restocking fee.

PackingStandard pack quantities have been established and shipments will be made in these quantities.

ClaimsAll products shall be inspected by customer upon receipt and any claim for damaged or defective products shall be made in writing to AccuTec within 10 days of receipt of products by customer.

WarrantyAccuTec warrants that the products shall conform to current specifications for the products and shall be free from defects in material and workmanship when used by customer for their normal, proper and intended use. For the sole purpose of bringing our eligible customers within section 303(c)(2) of the Food and Drug Act, AccuTec further warrants that when delivered to the shipper the product shall not be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of said act. Except for the express warranties set forth above, AccuTec makes no other representation or warranty, express or implied, with respect to the products, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Customer’s sole remedy under the express warranties set forth above shall be to receive replacement products or a credit in the amount of customer’s original purchase price.

PricingAll orders will be billed at AccuTec’s prices prevailing at the time of shipment. Prices are subject to change without notice and are exclusive of all sales, excise and other taxes, customs duties, and other like charges, all of which shall be paid by customer. If raw material costs increase more than 5% in a given period, prices will be adjusted accordingly.
