I have an intimate understanding of netball from a community to national level as a

player, coach and administrator. Combined with my broad depth and business

experience and acumen I believe I will be an asset to the Board of Netball NSW and am

well placed to assist Netball NSW in achieving growth and change in the current sporting

climate.

The current change being experienced in the professional sporting environment,

community sport and in particular women’s sport will present new challenges and I am

well placed to provide direction and input to take Netball NSW into the future as one of

the leading sporting state bodies in Australia. My career in accounting, finance,

valuation, project management and relationship management combined with my

expansive Netball experience will enable a rich contribution to the direction of Netball NSW into the future

particularly in the realm of community engagement, communications and commercial operations. I have

had exposure to the value of brand marketing in a sporting arena and I am confident I can apply to the

Netball NSW context as a Board member.
