INTRODUCTORY MEDITATION CLASS For those seeking experiential and didactic instruction in a group setting.
Mondays beginning October 9th 6 weeks + Full Day Retreat original watercolor Class Dates: 10/9, 16, 23, 30, 11/5 (Retreat) 11/6, 13 Retreat November 5th 9:30am~4:30pm
• Practices to mindfully engage body, emotions and thought patterns • Education about meditation’s impact on neurobiology, physical and mental health • Gentle yoga and Qi Gong based movement for cultivating body awareness • Small group discussion • Weekly practices to engage inquiry and awareness in daily life
Registration required with $50 deposit. Offered on a sliding scale ($190-320).
