HOST AN EVENT

MORNING MINGLINGS & AFTER HOURS HOST $300 Invite chamber members to your place of business to mingle in the morning

or chat during after hours. The Chamber will promote your event through

emails, the calendar of events and the e-newsletters. We’ll also take the

reservations and provide you with the contact list of all attendees after the

event – just in case you want to give them a follow-up call. And, if you don’t

have a location that can hold 75+, team up with a member who does!

Morning Minglings typically occur on the first Tuesday of every month from

8:00AM-9:30AM. After Hours typically occur on the third Wednesday of

every month from 5:00PM-6:30PM.

OTHER BENEFITS Receive recognition as an upcoming event host at Chamber

networking events, and in the event e-vite which is sent to over 2,000 recipients

You choose the type and quantity of food and beverage to provide for attendees

Tell attendees about your business in a 2-3 minute speech during the event


YOUNG PROFESSIONALS LUNCH & LEARN SPONSOR $175 These events are education sessions and can be held at either the host's

location, a fellow member's location, or the Chamber conference room.

Lunch is brought in and attendees are charged a fee to attend. These

luncheons are held quarterly, typically on the fourth Thursday of the month

from 11:30AM – 1:00PM.

OTHER BENEFITS

This event provides professionals, who are between the ages of 21 –

39 years, the chance to expand their knowledge on a variety of

subjects

An external speaker is brought in to share their expertise in a

chosen area

Following the briefing, as a sponsor, you will receive a printed list of

attendees with contact information. Average attendance is between

30-50

YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AFTER HOURS HOST $225 This event generally occurs on a quarterly basis on the fourth Wednesday of

the month from 5:00PM – 6:30PM. If you’re between the ages of 21-39, it’s

a great chance to network at another Member’s business, enjoy appetizers

and beverages. The event is informal, with a short presentation mid-way

through and approximately 50-80 fellow young professionals.
