• Situation: However, while the Price of the VVC hit a lower low, all of our other key timing indicators, the RT, BSR and MTI, hit higher lows. This is an extremely strong Bullish Divergence and shouldn't be taken lightly. The market rebounded the following day and was reinforced on Thursday with a Bullish Hammer Candlestick formation. The movement in the market today is reminiscent of what occurred following the March 6, 2009 low wherein a weak jobs report was released and the market rallied anyway.
