Since Combo-Rate® nozzle bodies can stack, a manual On/Off check valve option is available, so you can spray with any configuration

of stacked spray tips.

When the knob is OPEN, it acts as a standard 10 PSI check valve.

When the knob is CLOSED, it turns off flow to that nozzle outlet

ONLY. It does not effect other stacked nozzle bodies.

PRO TIP: When assembling any Flow Indicator or O-ring Seal (ORS) components, using a touch of lubricant (e.g. liquid silicone) on O-rings makes assembly and maintenance easy.

IMPORTANT: Recommended Flow Indicator Column StorageWilger Flow Indicator columns are made from a specialty UV stabilized compound (TPX™) that maximizes chemical resistance, allowing it to be used for a wide range of chemical applications. As with any plastic, extended UV exposure will degrade the clarity of the columns. To maximize flow indicator column clarity, it is recommended to completely cover the flow indicator columns from UV exposure (sun/etc.) when not in use.

PRO TIP: Using two balls simultaneously - If lighter ball stays too close to the top, try using the next heaviest ball below as well, to cover changes in application rate and/or speeds.

*Density/Viscosity of liquid used can effect operating range. In very dense liquids, balls may float.

PRO TIP: When assembling any Flow Indicator or O-ring Seal (ORS) components, using a touch of lubricant (e.g. liquid silicone) on O-rings makes assembly and maintenance easy.

PRO TIP: For the most accurate flow indicator setup:1. Plumb with a center fed tee.2. Limiting the number of consecutive [modular] flow indicators will ensure the more accurate ball levels.

[e.g. Using 4 flow columns on both sides of a tee would perform better than a bank of 8 consecutive flow indicators in a row.]

3. Using 1 flow column per outlet (opener/spray tip) will provide the most accurate illustration of flow.20526-00
