stroller for an hour of intense exercise.

CYCLE STRETCH Instructor: Pam Moberg
Join us for a great cardiovascular workout during this
indoor cycling class. We will pedal through hill climbs,
sprints, and various other challenging intervals and drills
with upbeat motivating music to keep those pedals
spinning! Then we will finish with a relaxing cycling
specific stretch. All levels welcome!

ALIVE 55 FITNESS & STRENGTH Instructor: Elaine Tamboline
A prevention program for those 55 years old and up. It
reduces isolation by providing information sessions and
preventative exercise programs.

A 30 minute class to warm your muscles and stretch to
improve overall stability and flexibility.

For beginners and those looking for a bit more
direction with their fitness. Learn proper form for a
variety of functional exercises and stretches to help you
through day to day activities.

HIIT FIT Instructor: Leah Bathgate
This high intensity class will include a little bit of
everything from cardio, strength, core, plyometrics,
circuits, and intervals using a variety of equipment
including steps, bosu balls, stability balls, spin bikes,
weights, TRX, and more!

LADIES STRENGTH Instructor: Leah Bathgate
New to working out, or has it been a while? Are you
intimidated by the gym or just unsure how to perform
certain exercises? You will learn the basics including
proper form, and the best way to get the best results in
the least amount of time!
