En faisant le choixdu RTM dès ses débuts, puis de tresser ses fibres, TIME profite aujourd’hui d’uncatalogue de plus de 100 tresses différentes. Plus de 25 nuances de fils et 17machines de tressage permettent à TIME de réaliser ses tresses sur mesure, enfonction des caractéristiques souhaitées.Sélectionnées, positionnées et orientées selon le besoin, les tresses construisentcouche après couche la structure du futur vélo.

RTM technology allows TIME to use a wide selection of fiber materials and preciselyposition those materials to achieve the desired strength, weight and ride characteristicsof a specific frame.TIME has used RTM from the beginning. We start with strands of fiber to weave ourown tubes. We then pull these tubes over wax mandrels defining exact and precise

shapes for the dry carbon tubes to conform too. The separate tubes are layered, stitched, and tied together. Resin is added, under pressure and over time to createthe durable and precise structure of a TIME frame.The TIME factory in Vaulx Milieu, France has 17 exclusive carbon fiber braiding

machines. 25 styles of weaves are used with various fibers to produce more than100 different weaving patterns. TIME engineers select and position fibers of eachtube to maximize comfort and performance..
