fruits, red apples, strawberries, pie
crust and orange peel on the nose.
The palate opens with fresh fruits,
apple, peach, cherry, raspberry.
Finishes with a touch of sweetness,
balanced with tart green apple
acidity.
VARIETAL COMPOSITION: 100% Pinot
Noir from Sta. Rita Hills, CA.
COOPERAGE: 4 months in barrel; aged
in neutral French Oak.
TECHNICAL DATA: 13.8% alcohol by
volume; bottled April 2017, 181 cases
produced.
