Qualifications: 2016 SSA Cup Plate SeriesSSA Cup Series points may be earned at the following races:● Single point (1x) races consist of any Florida USA BMX district single point races which may also
include RFL single point and Warnicke single point races.● Single Cup series points may be earned at any USA BMX track between:
November 1-December 15, 2015 and through January 1-April 17, 2016● SSA Cup Qualifiers are double (2x) Cup Series points. Cup qualifiers cannot be counted towards
a riders single point count.● SSA Cup Championship is triple (3x) Cup Series points. Cup Championship cannot be counted
towards a riders single point count.● All SSA Cup Amateur Series races use the USA BMX Gold Cup/State/Provincial points table. Race
multipliers are 1x, 2x, and 3x.● All SSA Cup Pro Series races use the SSA Pro Points system. (see www.floridabmx.org or race
flyer).

twenty-five (25) or more Cup SeriesRaces (singles, qualifiers and final) will earn a
special award

Series Requirements - Amateurs:▪ A minimum of two (2) SSA qualifiers, six (6) single pointraces plus the SSA championship are required to qualify foryear-end ranking and awards (SSA number plate).▪ A maximum of four (4) SSA qualifiers, eight (8) single point racesplus the SSA championship to qualify for year-end ranking andawards (SSA number plate).▪ Up to a maximum four (4) bonus points may also be earnedtowards a riders points total. One (1) point will be earned for eachlocal race beyond eight (8) and up to a maximum of twelve (12)local races.▪ In the event a rider has more than four (4) SSA Cup Qualifiers,only the best four (4) will count towards their ranking points.
Racing the maximum number of races can increase a riderschances to earn a low ranking in the series!!
▪ A rider may compete in the SSA Cup Championship race andcompete for the award of the day in any class, cruiser or open.There is no qualifying necessary to compete, however only ridersmeeting the minimum requirements are eligible to earn a rankingand number plate.
