CONDITIONS OF SALE

Orders above 200 EUR to Peninsula Ibérica and Balearic Islands will be free shipped by AREA

The order values lower than 200 EUR to Peninsula and Balearic Islands will be shipped freight prepaid by ourusual carrier, with which AREA offers advantageous rates, and billed to the customer, detailing separately andclearly the concept of this amount within the invoice for the customer order.

Order values lower than 200 EUR to Peninsula and Balearic Islands will apply a cost of EUR 25 in terms of'management fee'. In case of partial deliveries by AREA initiative this fee will not be applied.

The delivery time and the ordered material and price will be confirmed by AREA within 24 hours from receipt oforder.

AREA will specifically request customer approval for the confirmation of this delivery time, material and price. Incase of not receiving the requested confirmation, AREA deemed correct and accepted by the customer.

The payment will be agreed in each case with the customer fulfilling the new law 15/2010 of 5 July 2010.

The customer specifically agree that the implementation of the offer shall be subject to the general conditions forthe supply and installation of electrical, mechanical and electronics products associated with Orgalime SE -01Brussels, September 2001 Edition .

WARRANTY CONDITIONSGuarantees shall be executed in direct mode for one year from the date of sale, reserving the right to requestAREA material for analysis. AREA also reserves the right to award an additional warranty period of certainproducts, through a warranty document attached on these specific products.

The warranty request has to be in a written form, giving the reasons for the complaint.

If AREA requests the material for analysis, the customer will receive a Return Authorization document issued byAREA.

The customer must return the material requested by AREA, freight prepaid, to our location in Santa Perpetua deMogoda (Barcelona), enclosing a copy of the Return Authorization received.

The reclaimed material can be analyzed by AREA or, in some cases, can be shipped to the appropriatemanufacturer to proceed to its analysis and rule on the cause of the problem.

The material manufactured by AREA or another company in our group as well as that sold under brand AREA willbe used in all cases by AREA .

In the case of material analyzed by AREA , It will be issued and made available to the customer a technical reportwithin a maximum period of 30 days from the date of receipt.

In the case that AREA send the material to manufacturers, AREA deliver the technical report from manufacturerto customer within 24 hours of receiving the report .

AREA warranty will not cover the material that has been installed or used incorrectly by the customer, theinstaller or the end user. The technical report, dictate whether the failure is caused by incorrect installation oruse, or a manufacturing defect product

The warranties for manufacturing defects will be the replacement of defective goods or the payment thereof.

It is at the discretion of AREA how the guarantee will be met either by reposition or by paying the material.

RETURN MATERIAL CONDITIONSReturns will be accepted within the next 15 calendar days from the delivery date. All returns must have priorauthorization from our sales department who will assign you a return number must be included in a conspicuousplace in the delivery of the returned merchandise. Material returns will be accepted without such reference. Thematerial shall be shipped freight prepaid by the customer to our address: C / Valencia ship 17-19 4 Ind. Can Oller08130 Santa Perpetua de Mogoda. Barcelona. Spain. The material should arrive in perfect condition and inoriginal packaging. As soon as it is verified the status of the return, the customer will be paid up to a maxi-mumof 85% of net invoice value for the costs of packaging and product reviews.

All conditions of sale, warranty and return material foregoing apply immediately from the date of publication ofthis document until the publication of a new edition to replace the present.

TERRITORIAL RESTRICTION OF SALESPANASONIC, GMCC and FRASCOLD, throughout Italy: the sale of products is restricted. Also in Sweden, Denmark,Norway and Finland will not be able to market BRISTOL compressors. And BOCK compressors mustn’t be sold inGermany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium.
