  • LOCATION

    T he Straits of Malacca are bordered by Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. They are of enormous strategic importance to global trade because they provide the shortest commercial sea route between Asia and Europe as well as the three most populous countries of India, China and Indonesia. More than 50,000 commercial vessels transit this 621 mile long sea channel annually and at certain parts of the voyage, ships of up to Malaccamax size are within 10 miles of One Fathom Bank and Port Klang on the Malaysian mainland. The company operates with a cost-effective fleet of helicopters from Subang Skypark, Kuala Lumpur and aerial camera teams can reach the main shipping lanes within 20 mins from take off. The sailing time between Singapore and Port Klang, the entrept for Kuala Lumpur, can vary from 18-24 hours. The company has the capability to fly offshore from different airports to find ships sailing off both the east and the west coast of the Malaysian Peninsular.
