Dear NABSA Conference attendees,

Welcome to the 3rd Annual North American Bikeshare Association Conference! We are so pleased to have you join us in the great bikesharing city of Austin. We hope you get a chance to hop on an Austin B-cycle while you are here to explore this hip, friendly town.

There are many opportunities to learn from each other over the next three days and make each of our systems better. We’ll be kicking off the conference by hearing the results of the annual NABSA member survey, an industry benchmark that will help us see growth and change of bikesharing in North America in the years to come. Then, we’ll dig into the good stuff with some really great master sessions and plenty of opportunities to network. Our conference will end with some critical updates on how NABSA is representing you as well as a chance to provide feedback on the future direction of our organization.
