Scholarship Information and Eligibility: Regent's Scholars Program provides outstanding freshmen a

four-year scholarship equivalent to 70% of tuition, fees, room, and board. The program allows students to

pursue a bachelor's degree in their chosen field while developing their awareness of international issues

and cultural contrasts. In addition, RSP provides students with leadership training and experience that

will allow them to have a positive impact upon the lives of others on campus, and in their future

profession. Thirty students each year are admitted to the program. To qualify for RSP, an applicant must

be accepted to the University and proceed through the Honors College application and interview process.

At the end of this process fifty students will be offered Honors College scholarships and thirty students

will be offered the Regents scholarship. The basic requirements for Honors College are: ACT Composite

of 27 or higher; SAT (Critical Reading and Math) of 1200. Graduation in top 10% of high school class.

Scholarship Information and Eligibility: Since its inception in 1987, Thurgood Marshall College Fund

(TMCF) has provided scholarships to qualified students attending its member-schools. TMCF

scholarships have provided support to help fund an education at one of our nation's publicly-

supported Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Scholarships are merit based and applicants must have a financial need to qualify; Are restricted for

payment of tuition, on campus room and board, books and fees; are paid directly to the college or

university on behalf of the award recipient to be credited to his or her school account. The average

award is $3,100.00 per student per semester. Most scholarships are one-year, non-renewable unless

otherwise indicated. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale; must

apply for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid

Attend one of the 47 TMCF Member-Schools. Be a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident with a valid

permanent resident card or passport stamped I-551; demonstrate leadership qualities and service

Scholarship Information and Eligibility: Air Force ROTC scholarships cover your tuition and most lab

fees. Also, you’ll receive an annual textbook allowance and up to a $500 spending cash monthly

stipend. A variety of full and partial scholarships are available, and certain scholarships have specific

requirements. You’re under no obligation by simply applying for an Air Force ROTC scholarship.

However, if you are awarded a scholarship, you become obligated when you accept and sign an

agreement with the United States Air Force. If you are under legal age in the state where the school is

located, your parent or legal guardian signs this agreement. You will agree to: Enroll in the academic

major for which the scholarship is offered; enroll in Air Force ROTC beginning with the 2016 fall term;

complete a 24-day summer field training course at Maxwell AFB, Alabama (usually between your

sophomore and junior years); complete Air Force ROTC General Military Course (GMC) your freshman

and sophomore years and the Professional Officer Course (POC) your junior and senior years; accept a

commission as an Air Force Officer and serve at least four years on active duty.
