customers in the Waste & Recycling industry and public transport sector.

To make this happen I coordinate all initiatives towards these customers by leading account teams, consisting of sales managers from different Pon companies (annual revenue responsibility of €25M).

Identifying customer needs and combining these into customer specific solutions, with the objective to strengthen the cooperation with the customer on the long term.

Translating these solutions to different Pon companies by developing a strategic plan and business case together with them.

Embedding the customer specific solutions within the different Pon companies, by creating ownership for the implementation and continuation.

market leader to market conqueror’ and changing the way of working of the global Driessen sales offices.
