• It is never to late to implement a new Technologies

• Invest in BIM Technologies for a medium long term

• Share/Communicate Information within the design teams and the stakeholders in BIM it is not longer an option and using “BIMcloud” could be the Solution.

• A standard framework of Data exchange should be adopted as per COBie information

• Training should be provided to the staff and should be flexible to their needs

• A BIM Manager should be appointed in a SME Architecture firm

• Continuous research by a BIM manager should be part of BIM Implementation
