TOURGUIDE “ I came to WKU because it was

so close to home. The size is perfect (not too big and not too small). WKU also has a great biology program. I love hanging out with my friends downtown, but I also love kayaking with my family. There is so much to do in BG! I’ve met so many new people while still staying in touch with people from my high school. I love all of my teachers and being a tour guide is fun.”

WKU is located in the beautiful city of Bowling Green, Kentucky, known for its special ‘southern hospitality.’ A thriving university town with a progressivepopulation, Bowling Green is the 3rd largest city in Kentucky and the dining and shopping mecca for a dozen surrounding counties. It’s a bustling city with a diverse economy, award winningschools, affordable housing, and a low crime rate.
