This year’s app has several new features to keep you organized and the information you want at your fingertips.

Create a personal schedule. Bookmark sessions you want to attend in the program tab by clicking the small calendar icon on the right for each session of interest. You’ll get a reminder 15 minutes before start time with the session details and how many people are attending. This info will be pinned to the top of your activity feed to help keep you organized.

Review abstracts and take notes. All abstracts

are available in an index with author names and affiliations, presentation time and location, and a link to JVS to view the full abstract online. All information in the index is searchable. You can also take notes on each abstract within the app and export your notes to an email. Create a list of favorite abstracts by bookmarking ones you want to refer to again.

Let us know what you think. Share your thoughts in the app’s activity feed. Better yet, let all your friends know what you’re up to by adding your social media networks to the app.

®

COMPREHENSIVE All meeting content, including abstracts.

SEARCHABLE Find sessions, research abstracts, and speakers with a quick search.

INTERACTIVE Network with colleagues, share photos, and rate programs.

Maintenance of Certification Part 2 Self-Assessment and CME Credit Claim CME and Self-Assessment Credits Online

at vsweb.org/CMEclaim Starting Noon on Thursday, June 18

If you have questions, please contact the SVS Education Department by phone at 312-334-2300 or email at [email protected].

SVS has now made it easier to claim CME and Self-Assessment credits during the Vascular Annual Meeting. For your convenience, credits can be claimed online with no waiting in line. Just visit vsweb.org/CMEclaim beginning at noon on Thursday, June 18.

Or, for those who prefer, the CME count-ers in the registration area of McCormick Place West will be available beginning at noon on Thursday, June 18 for CME credit claiming only. Due to the nature and length of the Self-Assessment credit process, we ask that you complete this exercise online only.

Of the 31.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ you can earn for attending the Vascular Annual Meeting this year, you have the opportunity to have 10.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ count toward

MOC part 2. The same opportunity is available for the Ultrasound Physics and Vascular Test Interpretation—Physician Vascular Interpretation Examination Review (under a separate subscription) that is scheduled on Saturday with 3.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.

To claim self-assessment credits, you will need to attend all six plenary sessions and the Rapid-Paced Plenary Session, which run from Thursday through Saturday. A completion of a self- assessment exam with a passing score of 75% for each respective program after the meeting is all that is needed. Please visit VascularWeb.org for the self-assessment exams and to claim your CME and self-assessment credits from now until the 2016 Vascular Annual Meeting.
