History
We experienced a great year in the Sunday School
with the highlight being our activity on May 23,
2015 in cooperation with the Ward Missionary
Committee. This activity for members and non-
members included a tour of the building followed
by volleyball in the gym, or a balloon relay on the
stage. We barbecued hamburgers and hot dogs and
members brought sides and deserts. A great
activity! We plan on repeating in 2016.

History
Primary started out working on reverence this year. We
did different things from stickers to reverent children.
The children have really stepped up and are doing much
better with reverence! We had our first baptism preview
that was well attended and answered many questions. It
will be something we continue each year. We had a
teacher in-service with a guest speaker that went
wonderful! Every teacher attended! We did some special
music numbers with the Primary for their Program, they
always go above and beyond what we think they can do!
We are so happy with how the program went. Primary
was in charge of the annual Trunk-R-Treat, we had a
great turn out and lots of fun was had by everyone.

History
We started off the year with our New Beginnings
program. Courtney Medrano, Elisabeth Morris and
Charlee Fye were in charge of the evening. They
decided that the Young Women and their families
would embark on a cruise on the S.S. New
Beginnings. We vacationed in the “Value Islands”
where we enjoyed some fun activities.
In May we had our re-camp camp out at the Flories’
backyard. The Young Women worked on their
camping skills by lighting fires without matches,
cooking tin foil dinner and of course roasting
marshmallows and star burst. They also had a
chance to show off their acting skills when they put
on some very funny skits. The best part of the camp
out were the friendships that they were able to
form with each other.
At the end of June, the youth (14 and older)
participated in a Multi-Stake Youth Conference.
They enjoyed classes and workshops and of
course… a dance.
In July, we headed off to Girls Camp. Boy was it
HOT!!! But we had so much Fun! And the best part
of camp was the friendship that were developed
not only with the girls in our ward, but with girls in
the rest of our new Stake.
In the fall we were able to celebrate our Young
Women’s achievement in Personal Progress during
our Evening in Excellence. The theme Charles Fye
chose was “Black and White”. She wanted to help
the Young Women understand that in Keeping our
standards there is not gray area… only Black or
White…right or wrong.
