INFORMATION ABOUT CNFMSDC

The Central & North Florida Minority Supplier Develop-ment Council, Inc. (CNFMSDC) is an affiliate of NMSDC, a national organization with a membership of over 1,500 major corporations and 15,000 certified MBE suppliers. The purpose of the CNFMSDC is to provide major corpo-rations and government agencies with access to minority owned businesses. CNFMSDC provides MBE certifica-tion, networking, trade fairs, buyer training and more.

LOCATION AND ACCOMODATIONS

The conference will be held at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, 4600 North World Drive, Lake Buena Vista, FL. Special room rates (subject to availability) are available for conference participants until July 6, 2015.

Single/Double Occupancy $185 per night (subject to change)

Additional person (18 years or older) $25 per per-son, per night

After Monday, July 6, 2015, request for rooms will be subject to availability. All rates are subject to resort and sales taxes (12.5%).

EXHIBITORS

Shepard Exposition Services will distribute a service manu-al to all CNFMSDC exhibitors. This will contain order forms for services such as electricity, rental furniture, carpet, la-bor rates, etc.

The price of a booth includes a standard 8’ x 10’ pipe and booth drape (8’ high backboard drape and 3’ high side drape), a 7” x 44” booth sign displaying company name and booth number, one 6’ draped table, two chairs and a waste basket.

Certified CNFMSDC MBE’s only: As a CNFMSDC certi-fied MBE, this is an excellent opportunity to further connect, as well as spotlight your products and services to Corpora-tions, Government Agencies, Small and Minority Owned Businesses, Thursday, August 6th from 2pm to 5pm.

This exclusive event includes: 1– 6ft table, 2 chairs, and a program booklet which high-lights your company’s products and services.
