• The Blackboard Auction will take place during dinner. The items in this section will only be available during this time.

• Bid slips are located on your table. A minimum bid is displayed on the projection screen at the beginning. To bid, use the bid slip and list the item number, your bidder number and the amount of your bid. Hand off your slip to a runner. (Please write legibly.)

• Runners are throughout the ballroom and will continually pick up bid slips and take them to the projection area where bids will be updated and projected on the screen. Please do not take bids to the projection area, but give all bids to the runners. Bids brought to the table will be voided.

• Bids received will be time stamped upon entry, in the event of a tie bid, the earlier bid will be considered the winner.

• A five minute warning will be given and then a two minute warning. Final bid slips will be picked up at the two minute warning.

• Winning bids will then be posted.• Bid high, bid often – it’s for the kids!
