PAYMENTPlease pay prior to leaving the auction. Make cheques payable to SCCS. If you purchased an item and need to leave before the auction ends, please speak with a volunteer.

If you didn’t win an item, please support SCCS by leaving a tax-receiptable donation in an envelope on your table.

If you win your item, you may qualify for a charitable tax receipt if you pay significantly more than the normal value for the item.

SILENT AUCTION BIDDINGThe silent auction will be conducted as an up-bidding auction. There will be an opening bid of $20 on each item sheet. All lots are valued at far more than this amount. To bid, simply add your $ bid and bidder number below the last offer. Bid in minimum $5 increments.

DEAR SUPPORTERS OFCHRISTIAN EDUCATION, We warmly welcome you to attend the 26th Annual Goods & Services Auction and Dinner — an evening of food, fun and fabulous auction items that is sure to be an enjoyable evening for everyone!

As you may know, Strathroy Community Christian School is an independent school which receives no government funding. Subsequently, financial support comes from parents, society members and fundraising activities, including this event.

Thank you to all those who have given so much for this event to happen. A small group of passionate people has spent countless hours organizing, canvassing, database working and decorating. Thank you also to the hundreds of people who have contributed the items you will bid on this evening.

The funds raised this evening will support our school, including technology upgrades to help us achieve our goal for each student to have a digital learning device.
