Developed a Green Belt Six-Sigma Project for electrical energy cost reduction, through Production Wheel optimization, accomplishing 22% of reduction in the early 9 months, equivalent to savings of R$ 700.000,00. Implemented an Energy Management System for real time acquisition of electrical energy consumption and demand.

Managed the maintenance process adjustment towards to reliability engineering implementation, achieving as the main result the Uptime (DuPont KPI similar to OEE) variability reduction, providing predictability to Manufacturing Capability.

As Automation Engineer, in charge of the whole production line integration, which had machines and equipments delivered from Europe (French and Italy) and automation project developed in the USA. Performed and implemented the Industrial Automation Network Design, reducing the downtime due to synchronism failures.

As Electrical Safety Champion from CEST - Corporate Electrical Safety Team, DuPont Cerquilho site, the main achievement was 4 year without electrical incident/accident and the safety culture promulgation to employees’ families and local community.
