TERMS & CONDITIONS


GENERAL INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING: All orders require a purchase order (PO). Purchase orders can be faxed or emailed. Please provide an email address, a phone number, and an ASI or PPAI number on the purchase order. A PO acknowledgement email will be sent to the email indicated on the PO once it has been received by Torn Ranch.

PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time is 3 business days from receipt of an approved purchase order (PO). Approved PO’s constitute all payment information, drop ship information, messaging, decoration, quantities and vendor style numbers. This does not include decoration lead times. Please reference those lead times under the table ‘Decoration Lead Times.’ Production times may be longer for larger orders or during peak seasons.

MINIMUMS: Larger amenities are available in quantities of one, select SKU’s are available in larger case packs. Please reference the order form for all Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ). Random samples of products may be ordered at EQP. Products with MOQ of 12 or less may be purchased but will incur a less than minimum charge of $25 (G).

SAMPLES: Blank samples are available at first column pricing. The cost of the sample is then credited towards an order of 48 or more of the same item or one of equal or greater value. Random samples may be purchased at EQP but are not available for return or credit. Spec samples are available for EQP + $40 (G) and are not available for return or credit. Product tasting samples are available for presentations. Torn Ranch will provide up to $20 (EQP) of tasting samples at no charge. If additional tasting samples are required, they are available for purchase at EQP.

TERMS: Credit card terms are extended to all customers. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Company Check. Terms may be extended to qualified customers who complete our dealer application. Custom orders will require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon acceptance of the PO with the balance due upon shipment.

PRICING: Prices are accurate at the time of the publishing of this catalog and are subject to change. Please contact us for the most up to date pricing.

CHANGES TO ORDERS: Once an order is in production, any changes to the PO will incur a $25(G) change order fee plus the cost of any completed work. This includes shipping methods, quantities, shipping addresses and dates, etc. Torn Ranch reserves the right to refuse changes to an order if it is close to completion. Additions to an order will require a PO.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS: Cancelled orders will be charged $50 (G), plus the cost of any work already completed.

SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions will be made to ensure gift availability. Items substituted will be of equal or greater value. Requested substitutions to stock builds will be considered a custom order and will be quoted. Please contact us for more details.

RETURNS: Food components and decorated gifts are not reusable and hence unavailable for return. Decorated items may be reshipped to a different address for an additional charge.

CHOCOLATE GIFTS: Torn Ranch will produce and ship chocolate and other heat sensitive gifts throughout the year. During the warmer months, Torn Ranch will ship heat sensitive items via expedited shipping and insulated packaging. We charge a nominal $6.00 (G) fee per case for insulated packaging and ice packs. Please contact us for more information.

DECORATION INFORMATION

DECORATION METHODS: Torn Ranch offers a variety of decoration methods. Please see the requirements and lead times below.

Initial Order Standard Production Lead Times:(from signed approved proofs to shipping)

Actual lead times will be confirmed when the order is placed.

VIRTUALS: Virtual representations of logo artwork are available upon request. Please contact us for details.

LOGO ARTWORK AND SET UP CHARGES: Logo files must be submitted as outlined .eps files or high res PDF (300 dpi minimum) files. Artwork must be set up within the specified imprint area.

ART CHARGES: Mechanical revisions made to the artwork will be billed at $125 (G)/hr. in half hour increments. This price includes one paper proof and up to one revision. Additional revisions will be billed at the aforementioned rate.

GIFT CARDS: • Standard gift card with sentiment – Fixed Data Insert add $1.25 (G)• Standard gift card with sentiment – Variable Data Insert add $4.00 (G)• Customer supplied cards – Fixed Data Insert no charge• Customer supplied cards – Variable Data Insert add $2.00 (G)

FOIL HOT STAMP: Stock dies include: Torn Ranch, Welcome, Thank You, Happy Holidays, Happy Birthday, Congratulations, and Happy New Year.Custom stamps will require a one-time plate charge of $125 (G).

CUSTOM RIBBON: (Single Face Satin Ribbon) You may choose from our stock three colors of ribbon to be imprinted with our four stock foils (see grid below). Ribbons are available in widths of 5/8”up to 1.25”*.

Under 200 gifts add $3.00 (G), 200 + add $2.00 (G) *Add + $0.70 for 1.25” Ribbon.

Custom ribbon beyond the aforementioned colors may be ordered with a plate charge of $125(G) and a minimum of 100 gifts. Please contact us for more details.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

SHIPPING METHODS (FOB Petaluma, CA 94954)We ship via Ground Service, 3-DAY, 2-DAY, Overnight Standard, Overnight Priority and Freight. Please reference the map below to estimate Ground transit times. Ground transit times are not guaranteed and may be longer during peak seasons or inclement weather. Our primary carrier is FedEx. We can ship on your FedEx or UPS account number upon request. Depending on the weather, we will ship freight dry or via refer truck. Please contact us for more information.

DROP SHIPMENTSDrop shipments to individual recipients or businesses are accommodated for $6.00 (G) per address. All addresses must be verified and provided on our drop ship form. Orders shipping to more than 5 addresses will incur a data entry fee of $2.50 (G) per recipient.

RECIPIENT ADDRESSESPlease verify that all of the addresses and recipients are accurate. Address corrections will be charged $5.00 (G) per address. Returned or rerouted packages will incur a $15.00 (G) redelivery charge. The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred with the carrier due to returned or rerouted packages. Credits will not be issued for returns due to incorrect shipping or refused packages. We will gladly ship returned packages to a new address and new shipping charges will apply.

BULK SHIPMENTSFor multiple units shipping to a single location, the master carton fee is $5.00 (G) per carton. Bulk packaging is not available for all gifts. Please contact us for more information.

FREIGHT SHIPMENTSWe are happy to arrange freight shipments for dock to dock delivery. Additional services are available. Please contact us for quotes.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPINGWe can ship your gifts to all 50 states, Commercial Addresses in Canada, and the Caribbean (via client supplied freight forwarder). We do not ship to APO addresses, post office boxes, or other international addresses. Special restrictions apply on shipments to AK and HI.

CUSTOM GIFTS

MINIMUMSCustom gifts can be created for projects of $7500 (G) or more. Custom projects of $7500 (G) or more will be supplied with a high res digital photograph of the custom gift suitable for a presentation.

SPEC SAMPLESSpec samples are available for EQP plus $40.00 (G). Spec samples are not eligible for return.
