This is the first new cam and core series for 2015 and up Coyote engines. New lobes improve upon the 2011-2014 XFI™ Camshaft Series and feature faster ramps, more lift and more area under the lift curve. The cams work with stock 2015 valve springs and the new Ford mid-lock phaser system without requir-ing limiters or any other phaser modifications. Three grinds are available for naturally aspirated engines with two designed specifically for blower applica-tions. All are no-springs-required for easily installation in the vehicle. However, two spring kits (part #’s 26113 and 26125) are available for those that would like more spring with high boost or who really want to push RPM limits. COMP Cams® 2015 Ford Mustang Coyote CR Series Camshafts are the absolute best way to unlock the power potential of the brand new Coyote engine.

As opposed to dual cylindrical spring systems, COMP Cams® Dual Coni-cal Valve Springs require no interference fit to dampen spring surge. The self-damping characteristic of conical geometry, along with the lower spring kinetic energy of the upper coils, provide a game-changing breakthrough in valve spring design. COMP Cams® Dual Conical Valve Springs are con-strained at the top and bottom with stepped retainers and spring seats to create separation. The result is that the springs’ naturally progressive nature can provide outstanding damping without rubbing friction or the associated heat and surface damage. These springs are designed for circle track, road race and drag racing applications, as well as all-out, high-RPM street/strip hydraulic roller valve train systems with optimized lifters.

The reduced oscillation in the Dual Conical Springs translates to less applied force and stress to the springs. This increases the lifespan of the spring and the valve train. It also allows the use of more aggressive camshaft profiles.

COMP Cams® Offset Sportsman Solid Roller Lifters for Chevrolet applica-tions are premium-quality, high-value components designed for sportsman and professional racing along with high-end street machines. These lifters come in needle bearing or bushing configurations and are available with ei-ther left or right offset pushrod seats.

They are designed to be a premium upgrade over Endure-X™ Lifters and a value alternative to the Elite Race™ option. Offset Sportsman Lifters are offered in two configurations: a traditional needle bearing axle/wheel design or an optional bronze bushing axle/wheel setup. They are available with left and right offsets for race heads that have had pushrods relocated to maximize air-flow. Each re-buildable design features two pressurized EDM oil feeds as well as an edge-orifice feed to the wheel. This delivers a more reliable oil feed than most competing options. Offset Sportsman Solid Roller Lifters are also designed with a shallower oil band than competitors’ versions for increased strength and rigidity, while internal machining helps to reduce weight.

These gear drive timing sets are specifically designed for LS engines used in racing, street, marine and extreme applications. They provide the most accurate valve timing possible by eliminating chain flutter and backlash. The next generation of the world’s simplest self tuning fuel in-jection system is here. Designed for all applications making up to 650 horsepower, FAST™ EZ-EFI® Fuel features a new die cast and black powdercoated four-injector throttle body with inte-grated fuel rails. It provides even better fuel distribution and more airflow than the original. It is made in the USA and features a secondary idle stop to help with idle adjustment.

A color touchscreen hand-held also features a new-and-im-proved Setup Wizard. The intuitive program asks a few basic questions and then the EZ-EFI® Fuel System tunes itself as the user drives. No laptop is required. The hand-held itself includes a variety of display dashes, a clean and easy-to-use interface and an LED indicator that can alert users to any error (including overheating) or be used as a shift light. Designed with both looks and performance in mind, the FAST™ Die Cast Four Barrel Throttle Body features a black powdercoat and is constructed of aluminum. EZ-EFI 2.0® Fuel + Ignition provides even more features than the fuel only version, but retains the ease of use that doesn’t require a laptop or tuning experience. A high-flow, eight-injector throttle body supports engines making up to 1200 horsepower, while the market’s only integrated fuel pulse damper creates precise fuel control. The system is designed for plug-and-play compatibility with most common ignition systems whether they feature a distributor, crank trigger or LS coil-on plug. However, ignition control is user-adjustable if desired.

The system is designed to work with gasoline, E85 and nitrous, and is available with multiple fuel pump options. Like the EZ-EFI® Fuel version, EZ-EFI 2.0® Fuel & Ignition features a high-quality harness and a hand-held utilizing a color touchscreen with on-board diagnostics.

The FAST™ XFI Sportsman™ Engine Control System is designed for racers and enthusiasts who want more control than EZ-EFI® but a simpler option than full XFI 2.0™. The programmable and custom-tunable unit is now avail-able with a 4150-style, 1200-horsepower-capable throttle body to provide easy installation when upgrading a previously carbureted setup. The throt-tle body is based on the popular EZ-EFI® version.

The latest update to the FAST™ line of XFI™ Fuel Injection Systems features an upgraded ECU and greater software capability, more spark features and improved data collection for safety.

FAST™ XFI™ systems are designed to provide the utmost in power and adjustability for serious racers. XFI 2.050™ provides a host of upgrades including individual cylinder correction referenced to RPM. This feature allows for very fine cylinder-by-cylinder tuning of an engine throughout its entire RPM band. Dynamic Fuel Pressure Correction also allows for user-enabled correction for fuel pressure changes in real time. XFI 2.050™ includes the added ability to interface with the cost-effective FAST™ EZ-LS™ Ignition Controller, while comprehensive, user-programmable dwell settings for EZ-LS™ and XIM™ applications allow the user to finely tune the dwell time to match the ignition coils that are being used. Other spark features include increased resolution for power adder ramp retard, a timing offset table supporting alternative fuels by their Fuel Energy Constant and a high-RPM, spark-cut rev limiter.

XFI 2.050™ provides a second communication port to allow for simultaneous use of the FAST™ XFI™ eDash and C-COM® software, while new calibration parameters are designed to initiate a minimum oil pressure shutdown. In addition, a dedicated real-time baro sensor supports live corrections of barometric pressure for altitude changes. Finally, the progressive power adder fuel and nitrous solenoid duty cycles have been merged into one table to allow for more convenient tuning.

The FAST™ Bump Stager provides improved staging accuracy by allowing us-ers to access the patented “transcreep” function found in FAST™ XFI™ without the added expense of converting the vehicle to a full XFI™ system. Available as a complete kit, the Bump Stager lets drag racers carefully pulse the trans-brake. This enables the vehicle to move forward slowly during staging, creat-ing a higher degree of repeatability than racers are able to achieve manually. The complete kit comes with everything needed for use, and a built-in 20-amp driver removes the hassle of wiring an external relay for most applications. It can be used in carbureted applications or with any aftermarket EFI system.

This SFI 29.1-approved flexplate provides the strength, rigidity and durability required for the most powerful applications from the blue oval. The machined center section is thicker than stock for increased torque capacity, while the entire unit features a special coating for durability as well as rust and corrosion protection. Precisely controlled run-out helps prevent interference from the starter to the ring gear and results in better balance, along with less vibration and wear. TCI® is adding to its line of high-stall, multi-disc, lock-up torque converters with new components designed specifially for applications utilizing Ford 6R80, GM 4L80E and TCI® 6x-Six Speed™ transmissions. Each converter’s high-stall na-ture gets the engine to max torque and multiplies it as the vehicle starts to move. This improves vehicle launch and overall performance. The converters feature a triple-disc, lock-up assembly with woven carbon frictions to handle more torque and dissipate heat more efficiently than the stock component. Designed with a higher clamping force on the clutch friction than stock and competitor options, the converters also boast full wide-open-throttle lock-up capability.

Each converter features a CNC-machined, billet bolt-together design. No welding or cutting is required to access internals, mean-ing that each unit can be unbolted and disassembled.This enables easy stall changes and rebuilds, as well as efficient replace-ment of bearings and lock-up components. The converters do not require tuning.

The original TCI® 6x Six-Speed™ Transmission provided six forward gears and fully programmable automatic or manual shifting for improved acceler-ation and fuel economy at cruising speeds. Now the engineers at TCI® have improved on that model and redesigned the patented 6x valve body, resulting in transmissions that boast higher torque capacity than ever before. This new design provides overrun clutch apply in first, third and fifth gear. The shifting strategy has also been improved and refined, meaning that the second-gen-eration transmissions shift significantly smoother than the original 6x. TCI® 6x Six-Speed™ Transmissions are capable of handling up to 850 horsepower and are available for all popular GM, Ford and Chrysler applications. A TCI® EZ-TCU™ Transmission Controller is required. TCI®-exclusive 4L80E Bolt-To-gether Torque Converters are also available to complement and further en-hance overall performance.

TRANSMISSIONS

When driving in autocross, road racing or off-road competitions, engine braking is a necessity when slowing down to enter turns. This new transmis-sion package from TCI® provides it for GM 4L60E applications and includes a TCI® EZ-TCU™ along with a paddle shifter. The package offers crucial engine-braking capability in first, second and third gear when the shifter is placed in the drive or third-gear position. Upshifting and downshifting can be controlled with the paddle shifter while the EZ-TCU™ is set in manual mode. When the shifter is placed in the overdrive position the transmission will op-erate without engine braking enabled.

This new block is built specifically for the drag race market and is an ideal fit within rules that do not allow billet blocks by specifying they must be cast. A solid water jacket design featuring A357-T6 aluminum material provides the superior crankcase strength and improved rigidity perfect for crank-mount-ed superchargers and blowers. The block utilizes the LSX 6-head-bolt de-sign as in the original LS Race Block, but the head stud fasteners’ diameter has been increased to 1/2" for the inboard head studs and 3/8" for the 5th and 6th head bolts. The larger fasteners provide additional clamping force for increased head gasket retention. This is required for the higher cylinder pressures common in boosted applications.

Bred from racing, these heads feature optimized valve locations, an increased valve size and custom port profiles to produce the highest-flowing and best-performing LT1 heads on the market. Reinforced rocker rails accept popular aftermarket shaft-rocker systems, while larger-than-stock spring pockets allow for more aggressive valve train packages. A bolt-on design allows users to run all stock pieces and LS front-accessory mounting holes are included for easy use with LS front drive components. This exclusive, CNC-ported design is cast and machined entirely by RHS®.

LS-specific heads meanwhile allow next-generation GM Gen V technology and advancements from RHS® to retro-fit to LS engines. These improve-ments include canted valves, a dramatically updated combustion chamber and the tallest and straightest ports of any LS head. Integrated port-injector bungs provide a direct line of sight to the back of the valve. These Pro Elite™ heads are designed to work with all LS exhaust manifolds, headers and valve covers, as well as the stock LT1 intake manifold.

These eight-leg clutch kits enhance the street driving experience and per-formance of Evo 8/9 daily drivers. The included flywheel increases mo-ment-of-inertia to within 80% of the stock component while keeping mass at a minimum. It weighs nearly two-and-a-half pounds less than the stock piece. Quarter Master® strategically placed mass when designing this flywheel to increase MOI and not the mass weight of the flywheel itself. This increased inertia allows the driver to maintain engine RPM for the smooth takeoffs and clutch modulation the Optimum-RR is known for.
