1. Main Grille 1.1 Remove upper valance cover undoing the plastic clips.

1.2 Remove upper screws that hold the grille and upper fascia, and disconnect upper connector. 1.3 The upper black rivets that hold the main grille to the plastic grille sub frame need to be removed as well.

1.4 Remove the front fascia completely out of the car, access the clips that hold the front fender to the fascia through the front wheel well by undoing the front portion of the flexible mud cover. 1.5 Remove the vertical corner screw that holds the fender to the fascia and pull out the plastic tabs. 1.6 Remove all the lower screws that hold the front fascia. 1.7 The lower part of the grille has two large clips that can be pushed from underneath the vehicle to undo them.

1.8 Remove the OEM grille from the fascia by pulling out the fascia clips that hold the grille and the three scres at the bottom of it. 1.9 Remove the two white plastic tabs near the upper corners of the inside side of the grille.

1.10 The STRUT FRP grille installs in similar way as the OEM grille. 1.11 The three lower screws that hold the plastic subframe are not necessary, but the plastic subframe is. 1.12 The Cadillac Emblem on the STRUT wing installs in same fashion as the OEM grille. 2. Bumper Grille (series one vehicles only) 2.1 Remove the lower grille unclipping the fascia from the OEM bumper grille. 2.2 Install the STRUT FRP bumper grille in similar fashion, but instead of clipping the part, the STRUT FRP bumper grille has studs that need to cross the plastic tab openings. Use the nuts provided.

3. Front Fascia Assembly 3.1 After the main grille and lower bumper grilles are installed, proceed to re install front fascia exactly as it was removed. NOTE: For Grilles with LEDs, please see page 6

Note - There is no need to use rivets on the upper valance, only the factory screws.

4. LED Wiring Installation 4.1 The STRUT grille is supplied with the LED set and the wiring assembly. Insert the LED wires of the grille through the opening shown between the lights and the radiator.

4. 2. Locate the harness coming out from front of the fuse box; pull out the wires from the insulation, select and separate the yellow wire from the bunch.

4.3 Set the headlamp switch to the on position; connect the insulation-piercing clip on the identified wire (yellow). Select knob to DC Volts in the digital multi-meter; it should read approximately12.00 Volts.

4.4 Connector the red wire from the LED wiring assembly into the blind side of the insulation-piercing wire tap.

4.5. Keeping the wires in place inside the connector (shown in B4); with standard pliers squeeze the build-in metal U- shaped all the way in until it penetrates the insulation and grip the wires. Close the cover. Apply vinyl tape over the connector and the wires.

4.6. Connect the black wire-terminal of the LED assembly to the closest ground post.
