NWBOC CONFRENCE:

Pace Solutions attended the 20th anniversary of the National Women Business Owned conference held at the Wyndham Grand in Jupiter, FL in October. The conference theme was “We Led the Way” referring to the many accomplishments that changed the business landscape for women in the last 20 years. Clint Kleinsorge, Senior Director, Western Region represented our company at the conference. During the conference they had a golf tournament where we were part of the winning team.

U.S. MARSHAL’S DESERT GOLF CLASSIC:

In November, Pace Solutions participated as a sponsor in the 2nd Annual US Marshal’s Survivor Benefit Desert Classic Golf Tournament. This is the second year in a row we participated as a sponsor.

The U.S. Marshals Desert Golf Classic is intended to provide direct financial support to the charitable giving of the US Marshals Survivors Benefit Fund. This Fund was created to provide immediate financial support to surviving family members of all active US Marshals Service employees killed in the line of duty.

WORLDWIDE BUSINESS WITHKATHY IRELAND:

In November, Pace Solutions appeared with Kathy Ireland of Worldwide Business for a taping in their studio in Los Angeles, CA on how Pace Solutions is helping companies address the challenges of trying to survive in a global economy and increase their Competitive Advantage through Information Technology. The segment will be aired early next year on Fox Business Network and Bloomberg International. (continued on Page 2)

Pallavi Vegetila, CEO and President and Clint Kleinsorge Senior Director Western Region met with Kathy Ireland to discuss Pace Solutions.

Pallavi discussed how she started Pace Solutions in 2011 to give people, with the right motivation, opportunities that they would not otherwise be offered by working directly with a company. She covered how Pace Solutions has been able to develop long-term relationships with the companies we support and partner with and how these relationships have made us one of the recognized leaders in the information technology consulting industry. Pallavi also covered the key differentiators between Pace Solutions and other organizations serving similar needs and how she sees Pace Solutions growing in the future.

Clint discussed how Pace Solutions helps their clients to build, scale and sustain their business through Information Technology.

He also discussed how Information Technology Departments can be an innovative group helping drive the growth and success of the organization. Pace Solutions can become a strategic partner with them in assisting these companies on how to address those specific business issues that can be solved through IT technology and then Pace Solutions can be a tactical partner in implementing those solutions. Clint covered how Enterprise System Software is used to run the functions of the business and accumulate massive amounts of information about their business, customers and competitors.

He then covered how Business Intelligence Software allows organizations the ability to run analytics on the data so nontechnical users can query that information looking for trends and patterns to help them make better informed business decisions that will help: 1) streamline their business operations and processes; 2) increase market share and increase their competitive advantage over their competitors.

PACE SOLUTIONS CONTINUES TO INVEST IN THE COMMUNITY

We strongly believe that it is important to invest in the community we serve and passionately volunteer and offer financial support to community service agencies and charitable organizations.

During the past year, our company and staff were able to provide financial support to the following organizations and also participated in various organization-sponsored activities.
