Rehearsal Times: Men’s Choir: 2:30 – 3:30 every Wednesday Women’s Choir: 2:30 – 4:00 every Monday
3:00 – 4:00 every Wednesday Chamber Singers: 4:00 – 5:00 both Monday and
Wednesday Chamber Singers Men meet on Mondays from 3:30 –
4:00

Your presence is expected at every rehearsal Don’t be disruptive You MUST have a pass/note to come in late Notify Mr. Klenk even if you are absent from
school You are expected to learn/mark anything
missed by the next rehearsal (look for email)
Remember: Being in these ensembles meant someone else couldn’t be, so you need to be there!
Attendance Policies
Long black gown / pearls Black tuxedo / accessories
Purchasing your own tux shirt is recommended!
For men: There will be an opportunity to purchase a tuxedo at a good discount! $110 for jacket/pants/bowtie/cummerbund Shoes/shirt would be additional
Uniforms
Covers supplemental costs (sheet music, folders, polo shirts)
$10 for Men’s Choir $15 for Women’s Choir & Chamber Singers
Chamber Singers do not pay twice! Add $15 if you need an NP Music Polo shirt
Checks can be made payable to NPHS Chorus Please make sure to clearly mark student’s name on check
or envelope Money can be placed in the locked red box at the front of
the Chorus Room

Nov. 25th – evening - Trinity Lutheran, Lansdale (Men & Women) Dec. 13th - 4:00 PM - St. Johns UCC (Chambers/Women only) Dec. 15th – evening - Dock Woods Community (Chambers/Men) Dec. 21st – evening - NPHS Winter Concert (all ensembles) Jan. 14th – evening - NPSD Choral Showcase (Men & Women) Feb. 9th – evening – Quakertown HS Invitational (Men & Women) Feb. 23rd – evening – NPHS Invitational (all ensembles) April 1st (and maybe beyond) – PMEA Conference in Hershey
(Women) May 26th – evening – NPHS Spring Choral Concert (all ensembles) May 30th – morning - Lansdale Memorial Park (Men & Women) June 5th – afternoon - Corpus Christi Church (still tentative)
Performances
Women’s Choir will be performing the
afternoon of April 1st in Hershey We’ll likely have some kind of a send-off concert
the night before Currently investigating the possibility of making
the event part of a small local tour for all 3 ensembles (would be April 1 – 3)
Trip Information
Charms Office (www.charmsoffice.com) is now
used by most Band & Chorus programs Do not create a new profile if you’ve already
used Charms in the past – just check for accuracy
Student needs to create profile at rehearsal before gaining access at home
