Welcome to a new exciting season of programming that is conceived to entertain and inspire, and to enlighten and enrich our lives. From the variety of our OGLE CENTER PRESENTS series to the down-home country and bluegrass of our NASHVILLE NIGHTS series, from the Louisville Orchestra’s MUSIC WITHOUT BORDERS concerts to performances by the IU Southeast Music and Theatre Departments, there is something for everyone at your Ogle Center.

Along with a lineup of exceptional talent, we are pleased to offer you additional amenities. Subscribers will have the exclusive privilege of requesting account credits as well as free ticket exchanges prior to individual performances. All patrons will have the ability to view available seats on our website and purchase them online with no service fees. Also, guests will be able to enjoy concessions available for purchase in our lobby prior to performances and during intermissions.

We are happy to announce more options for your busy schedule. Subscribers can choose from a variety of plans. We offer a six-show Ogle Center Presents package, a four-show Nashville Nights package, and both a Pick-Four and Pick-Three plan wherein you may build your own season. Don’t miss a minute of the action and save even more by purchasing both Ogle Center Presents and Nashville Nights packages.

We are introducing more pricing options to better fit a variety of budgets. The Stem Concert Hall will now feature three different price zones. Our most-requested seats in Orchestra Rows F-H will feature premium pricing, while budget-minded subscribers will find additional savings in our Terrace seats.

Finally, for our subscribers who support the Ogle Center with their philanthropic gifts at the $1,000 level, we will offer membership to our new Director’s Giving Circle, wherein members will have exclusive access to a VIP room with complementary hors d’oeuvres and opportunities to personally meet guest artists in addition to priority seating.

Legendary jazz vocalist and two-time Grammy® Award-winner, Diane Schuur joins New Albany’s own jazz legend and 2014 National Endowment for the Arts Jazz Master, Jamey Aebersold and his Quartet in bringing the Great American Songbook to life. Often referred to as “American Standards,” the Songbook is a uniquely American collection of popular music from the 1920s to the 1960s. Composers include George Gershwin, Irving Berlin, and Cole Porter whose songs were popularlized by singers such as Frank Sinatra, Billie Holiday, Judy Garland, Bing Crosby, Ella Fitzgerald, and Mel Tormé.Diane Schuur’s expressive and powerful vocals have placed her amongst jazz greats such as Dinah Washington, Ella Fitzgerald and Sarah Vaughan. She has performed in some of the most prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall, the Kennedy Center and twice at the White House. Her musical collaborations include the Count Basie Orchestra, Barry Manilow, B.B. King, and Ray Charles, among countless others. Diane has appeared on The Tonight Show with Johhny Carson, on PBS, and many other television specials, including a visit to Sesame Street.

QuinTango When QuinTango takes the stage, the lights dim, the pulse quickens...

the tango begins. QuinTango has brought thousands of new fans to the

music of Tango by engaging audiences with their sizzling, mind-opening fusion of traditional South American Tango repertoire and classical chamber music style. In keeping with their mission to bring Tango to new audiences, QuinTango concerts blend musicianship, audience connection, and great story telling. Audiences leave a QuinTango performance with not only a new-found love of Tango, but with an understanding of the heart and history of this art form.QuinTango has performed at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C., Lincoln Center Plaza in New York, Gaillard Auditorium in Charleston, Stanford’s Dinkelspiel Auditorium, and in local theaters in nineteen states. They have performed at the White House, Teatro Nacional in Costa Rica, Teatro Angela Peralta in Mazatlan, the Cosmos Club in Washington, the Residence of the US Ambassador in Buenos Aires, Teatro Notariado in Montevideo, and Barter Theater in Abingdon. The group has performed with symphony orchestras of Wichita, Charleston, Fairfax, and Augusta, the American Philharmonic of California, and the Orquesta de Sinaloa in Mexico, and in such

festivals as Piccolo Spoleto, Mendocino, Amalfi Coast Music and Arts Festival in Italy, Eastern Shore Chamber Music

Celtic Nights: Spirit of Freedom tells the story of Irish independence, beginning 100 years ago with the Easter Rising. Akin to America’s 4th of July, the Easter Rising of 1916 created the Ireland we know and love today. Through music, song, dance, and storytelling, Celtic Nights honors the struggle of a people fighting to gain freedom, independence, and true democracy.

When the Quebe Sisters from Texas take a stage, and the triple-threat fiddle champions start playing and singing in multi-part close harmony, audiences are usually transfixed, then blown away. It’s partly because the trio’s vocal and instrumental performances are authentic all-Americana, all the time, respectful of the artists that inspired them the most. 18 South was born in the dining room of a house on the quiet Nashville Street, 18th Avenue South. The band is the coming together of six musicians whose one common desire is to create a band defined by nothing other than its music, created by a wide array of influences.

The organic and earthy quality of their sound rings with overtones of Blues, Bluegrass, Jazz,

and Gospel. It lends itself perfectly to their stripped down acoustic approach that is truly

“Americana.” The band members’ résumés read like an Encyclopedia of Musical History and once

you see them live, you’ll know why they are individually some the most well-respected musicians on the scene today.Larry Atamanuik (drums) and Mike Bub (doghouse bass) hold down a deep and unmovable groove behind Jimmy Wallace’s rich vocals and slamming New Orleans Style Piano that in turn gives Guthrie Trapp the opportunity to freely express his fluid and versatile guitar style. TICKET DONATIONS AND REFUNDSALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you are unable to use your tickets for a performance, please call the Ticket Office at (812) 941-2525 up to 48 hours prior to the performance and we will gratefully accept them as a tax-deductible contribution.

ACCESSIBILITYAssistive Listening Devices The Stem Concert Hall, Robinson Theater and Stiefler Recital Hall are each equipped with five assistive listening devices. These are for use by patrons without hearing aids. The use of these devices is free. To reserve a device, call the Ogle Center Ticket Office at (812) 941-2525.

Wheelchair AccessibilityAn elevator is located in the lobby of the Ogle Center and Knobview Hall for those patrons needing assistance to reach the terrace or the rear parking lot. In addition, each theater provides a number of seats without steps and roll-up space for wheelchairs. Please call the Ogle Center Ticket Office at (812) 941-2525 in advance to reserve your roll-up location.Service AnimalsService animals are individually trained to perform tasks for people with disabilities such as guiding people who are blind, alerting people who are deaf, pulling wheelchairs, alerting and protecting a person who is having a seizure, or performing other tasks. Service animals are working animals, not pets.

POLICIESAll patrons must have a ticket, regardless of age.Patrons arriving late to the performances will be seated at the discretion of management.Cameras and recording devices are strictly prohibited unless special permission is granted from the Ogle Center and the artist. Flash photography is prohibited at all times.Smoking is prohibited in the Ogle Center. Food and beverages are permitted in designated lobby areas and in the Stem Concert Hall. Indiana University Southeast is a tobacco-free campus.
