Public access to official, authentic court records is denied. Public access is provided tounofficial, unauthentic court records. The issues of “privacy” and “data protection”appear to be irrelevant. It appears that not all case data is machine derived from ITsystems of the courts, but at least in part manually adapted.Similar practices were documented in the courts of California, US (federal) and Israel.However, in the latter three jurisdictions, such practices are implemented throughfraudulent IT systems of the courts themselves. Here, public access to informationprovided by the courts themselves is entirely denied. The alternative information isprovided through a commercial site.In all cases, the end result is the same: The public is denied the right to distinguishbetween valid and effectual court records and void, not voidable records.
