Thursday 30 January 2014 Reregistrations for Academic Year 201415 Dear Parents, We are pleased to inform you that we are opening reregistration for next year’s classes to our current students and their siblings. Before we accept external students, we would like to ensure that our existing families have priority and the opportunity to confirm their places. We will guarantee your child(ren)’s place on receipt of a nonrefundable deposit of AED 3,500 per student (which will be adjusted against Semester 1 tuition fees at the start of the next school year). We enclose the reregistration forms with this letter and urge you to complete these and submit them along with your reregistration fee to the Accounts Office no later than 31 March 2014. For your convenience, we have attached a Credit Card Authorisation Form. Should there be a change in your personal circumstances necessitating your family’s relocation outside of Dubai or the UAE, we may, up until 1 July 2014, refund your deposit. Any such refund request must be made in writing to our Admissions Office by 30 June 2014 and will be considered by the School. Requests for refunds after this date will not be accepted. The School reserves the right to seek supporting documentation in this regard and refunds will be at the School’s discretion. May we take this opportunity to remind you that Semester 1 tuition fees must be paid in full by 31 July 2014, in addition to the nonrefundable deposit, in order to complete the registration process. Please note that students who are unable to be registered with the Ministry of Education/Knowledge & Human Development Authority (KHDA) due to incomplete documentation, or students with any outstanding fees, may not be eligible to reenrol for the following academic year. The tuition fees for academic year 2014 15 may be revised subject to and in accordance with KHDA regulations. In the event of a fee change for the academic year 20142015, the annual fee increment will be invoiced separately. However, in line with our policy, no refunds will be made on the deposit should the resultant fee increase then become unaffordable. For further details on KHDA regulations please refer to the “School Fees Framework” on the following link http://www.khda.gov.ae/Pages/En/ecsformsdownload.aspx Your continued loyalty to the school is greatly valued and we sincerely trust that our association continues. However, in the event that we do not receive your completed reregistration form and deposit by the 31 March 2014, we reserve the right to offer your child(ren)’s place to external applicants. Yours sincerely, Principal

Thursday  30  January  2014

Re-‐registrations  for  Academic  Year  2014-‐15

Dear  Parents,

We  are  pleased  to  inform  you  that  we  are  opening  re-‐registration  for  next  year’s  classes  to  our  current  students  and  their  siblings.  Before  we  accept  external  students,  we  would  like  to  ensure  that  our  existing  families  have  priority  and  the  opportunity  to  confirm  their  places.

We  will  guarantee  your  child(ren)’s  place  on  receipt  of  a  non-‐refundable  deposit  of  AED  3,500  per  student  (which  will  be  adjusted  against  Semester  1  tuition  fees  at  the  start  of  the  next  school  year).  We  enclose  the  re-‐registration  forms  with  this  letter  and  urge  you  to  complete  these  and  submit  them  along  with  your  re-‐registration  fee  to  the  Accounts  Office  no  later  than  31  March  2014.

May  we  take  this  opportunity  to  remind  you  that  Semester  1  tuition  fees  must  be  paid  in  full  by  31  July  2014,  in  addition  to  the  non-‐refundable  deposit,  in  order  to  complete  the  registration  process.    Please  note  that  students  who  are  unable  to  be  registered  with  the  Ministry  of  Education/Knowledge  &  Human  Development  Authority  (KHDA)  due  to  incomplete  documentation,  or  students  with  any  outstanding  fees,  may  not  be  eligible  to  re-‐enrol  for  the  following  academic  year.

The  tuition  fees  for  academic  year  2014-‐  15  may  be  revised  subject  to  and  in  accordance  with  KHDA  regulations.  In  the  event  of  a  fee  change  for  the  academic  year  2014-‐2015,  the  annual  fee  increment  will  be  invoiced  separately.    However,  in  line  with  our  policy,  no  refunds  will  be  made  on  the  deposit  should  the  resultant  fee  increase  then  become  unaffordable.  For  further  details  on  KHDA  regulations  please  refer  to  the  “School  Fees  Framework”  on  the  following  link  http://www.khda.gov.ae/Pages/En/ecsformsdownload.aspx

Your  continued  loyalty  to  the  school  is  greatly  valued  and  we  sincerely  trust  that  our  association  continues.  However,  in  the  event  that  we  do  not  receive  your  completed  re-‐registration  form  and  deposit  by  the  31  March  2014,  we  reserve  the  right  to  offer  your  child(ren)’s  place  to  external  applicants.    Yours  sincerely,

 Principal
