INTRODUCTION
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDEROrdering is very simple. Place your order by phone, fax, e-mail or online at www.avsl.com. All orders received before 2:00pm Monday to Friday are dispatched for delivery the next working day. (Excludes deliveries to Remote Areas, see below for more.)
BACK ORDERSUnless you inform us otherwise, any items that cannot be immediately supplied will be placed on back order. Once the goods arrive you will be contacted by telephone at which point our sales team will reconfirm the order with you. We never dispatch back orders without this confirmation.
SMALL ORDER CHARGEWe operate a minimum order value of £100 (ex vat). Orders under £100 will incur a small order charge of £10. This charge is to cover the extra handling that small orders require in our warehouse and dispatch departments.
FREE DELIVERYWe offer a free next working day delivery service (goods will be delivered before 6:00pm Monday to Friday) to all of our customers with the following exceptions:
• Remote Areas - the following postcodes are deemed to be remote by our carriers and will normally receive a 48 hour service: BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, PA, PH, TR, ZE & Republic of Ireland.
• Channel Islands & outlying islands including the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Shetland, the Orkneys & the Western Isles - Orders to these destinations are not supplied on a carriage paid basis, customers from these areas will be required to make their own transport arrangements. Alternatively, please call our sales department who will be happy to quote you for delivery.
CUSTOMER COLLECTIONSWe do not offer trade counter facilities, meaning customers cannot collect their orders in person from our warehouse. All orders will be dispatched on one of our preferred carriers.
THIRD PARTY DELIVERIESThird party deliveries may be accepted following a faxed or e-mailed confirmation of the correct delivery address. This must be a full address including the postcode, a contact name at the address and a telephone number. The cost of this service is £10 per order which will be added as a 3rd party delivery charge to the invoice. You must ensure that there is someone authorised to sign for the goods as 3rd party delivery addresses are often occupied by many individuals.
TIMED DELIVERIESTimed deliveries will be subject to an additional charge, which will be communicated before the order is dispatched.
LARGE VOLUME ORDERSThe volume of your order may mean that the goods must be dispatched on our Pallet carrier. Due to this fact, we must know if the delivery address has access issues or any other factor that may prevent a successful delivery. The additional services detail above applies to any delivery made using the pallet service, plus an additional surcharge will be applied should a tail-lift vehicle with pallet truck be required. Our pallet carrier service is generally a next day service; however larger consignments and delivery points with access issues may take 2 days to deliver.

11INTRODUCTION
WARRANTY & REPAIRSAVSL Group offers a 12 month warranty on all goods sold. This warranty period starts from the date of the AVSL Group invoice for the goods. We are also pleased to offer a chargeable repair service for products that are out of the warranty period. Please contact our technical support team for quotations on 0845 270 3537.
For those of you who wish to undertake your own repairs, we maintain a large selection of competitively priced spare parts and reconditioned components for the majority of products sold. We must point out that due to the changing nature of the product we cannot guarantee availability on our complete range.
RETURNSPrior authorisation must be sought in the form of a Returns Authorisation (RA) number before returning any faulty/damaged or wrongly ordered goods. This number can be obtained from our returns department. Call 0845 270 2411 option 3.
Customers are responsible for returning goods to AVSL Group at their own expense and for providing proof of delivery. We do not operate a collection service nor do we accept goods returned in person. Goods returned without authorisation will be credited/repaired less a handling charge of 25% of the total value. The processing of these returns may also be delayed.
SHORTAGESPlease check the contents of your delivery as soon as it is arrives. In addition check the seals on the parcels and the number of cartons. Any shortages must be reported to the sales office within 72 hours of receiving the consignment. AVSL Group will not be responsible for any shortages reported after this time.

OUR SHOWROOMOur Manchester headquarters boasts a multipurpose space that includes a brand new 280m² purpose-built music, sound & lighting display area.
In-situ working displays within a purpose built
sound & light environment
This new facility features products across all brands in ‘real life’ environments and includes a full size stage, DJ suite, lighting set-up and bar area.
