Orders should be placed by FAX (706) 368-6525 e-mail [email protected], or on-line at www.romebraves.com using your VIP login. All orders must be placed 48 hours (two business days) in advance. Orders for events on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday need to be placed by 5:00pm on Thursday. This lead-time is essential to the planning, purchasing, and preparation process. If you miss the pre-order deadline, Christina can assist you with ordering from the enclosed Game Day Menu. On day of event ordering, there is a $35.00 minimum order per delivery. In order to improve communication, each Suite Licensee should designate one individual to place food and beverage orders. It is the policy of State Mutual Stadium and the Rome Braves Baseball Club that food and beverage are not allowed to be brought in from outside State Mutual Stadium. Three to-go containers will be available at the conclusion of the event. Guests can also place orders during the game for the Three Rivers Club restaurant through their suite attendant. However, there is a minimum order of $20 and an 18% gratuity will be added to the check.

Beverage Ordering As a convenience, Suite Holders may maintain a minimum stocking level of beverages. Christina will assist you in determining an appropriate level for your suite. The Rome Braves will automatically replenish your beverages to the stock level after every event. If a minimum stock level is not convenient for you, the option of ordering beverages with your food order is available. Beverages can also be purchased at any time during an event.
