Alhamdulilah kita berhasil melewati tahun 2014 yang penuh tantangan bagi PT DAHANA (Persero). Kondisi pasar atas barang-barang tambang yang merosot dan penerapan undang-undang minerba yang menutup pintu ekspor membuat pertumbuhan sektor ini menurun dengan tajam.

Namun, berkat kerja keras dari seluruh jajaran DAHANA, dan tentunya dengan bimbingan dan pengawasan Dewan Komisaris serta kerjasama dan dukungan dari mitra kerja kami yang setia, perseroan dapat melalui tahun 2014 dengan hasil yang menggembirakan dan membanggakan.

Thank God we have successfully passed the year 2014, which was full of challenge for PT DAHAnA (Persero). The decline of mine goods market condition and the implementation of mineral and coal regulation which closed export doors have made the growth of this sector decrease drastically.

However, thanks to the great effort of the entire DAHAnA team, and surely with the Board of Commissioners’ monitoring, as well as with the support of our loyal business partners, the company managed to weather the year 2014 attaining pleasing and satisfying results.

Operations

even though there were several operational activities closing down due to the discontinuation of customers’ mining, operational activities in more than 25 locations still remain. Several On Site Plants (OSP) even increased their production. Additionally, the new OSP operations in Kasongan Central Kalimantan and Seruyung north Kalimantan provide a new atmosphere beyond coal; and it was the gold mine. Only one DAHAnA operational division did not reach the target, namely Oil and Gas Division, due to the impact of political activities and the decrease of the world’s oil price. Therefore, many K3S postponed their operational activities.

The First Export

Adding to the long export series, in the middle of 2014, DAHANA conducted its first export on the newest product, Dayaprime Booster to the Philippines. The first product export was observed by the Minister of national Development Planning / the Head of Bappenas, Armida S. Alisjahbana.

Rounding up the event, at the end of 2014, Mrs. Rini – the Minister of State Owned enterprises - visited Kampus of PT DAHAnA (Persero) in Subang, West Java, who not only expressed her appreciation but also suggested that DAHAnA develop local products and be able to compete in ASeAn market.

This support drove an even stronger determination for DAHAnA to become the world class company and be able to improve its contribution to indonesian people’s economy and welfare.

Technology and Innovation

DAHAnA continuously carries on with the transformation program, which commenced in 2002 and which has four main objectives, namely to reinforce the company’s position as an integrated service provider, to expand market, to establish strategic alliance with the suppliers and customers, as well as to establish human resource competency and technology to support business development.

Operasi

walaupun ada beberapa kegiatan operasional yang tutup karena berhentinya kegiatan penambangan pelanggan, namun kegiatan operasi di lebih dari 25 lokasi masih tetap bertahan. Bahkan beberapa On Site Plant (OSP) meningkatkan produksi dan pengoperasian OSP baru di Kasongan Kalteng dan Seruyung Kaltara membuka nuansa baru diluar batubara yaitu tambang emas. Hanya 1 divisi operasional DAHANA yang tidak mencapai target yaitu Divisi Migas yang selain karena dampak kegiatan politik juga karena turunnya harga minyak dunia sehingga banyak K3S menunda kegiatan operasi seismik maupun perforasinya.

Ekspor Perdana

Menambah rangkaian panjang ekspor, pada pertengahan 2014, DAHANA melakukan ekspor untuk produk terbaru yaitu Dayaprime Booster ke Filipina. Ekspor perdana produk ini disaksikan oleh Menteri Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional/Kepala Bappenas Ibu Armida S. Alisjahbana.

Bak gayung bersambut dipenghujung 2014 Ibu Rini Menteri BUMN mengunjungi Kampus PT DAHANA (Persero) di Subang, Jawa Barat yang selain memberikan apresiasi juga memberikan arahan supaya DAHANA mengembangkan produk dalam negeri dan mampu bersaing di pasar ASEAN.

Dorongan tersebut makin membulatkan tekad DAHANA untuk menjadi perusahaan berkelas dunia dan bisa meningkatkan kontribusinya bagi ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat Indonesia.

Teknologi dan Inovasi

Sepanjang tahun 2014 DAHANA terus melanjutkan program transformasi yang dimulai sejak tahun 2002 yang mempunyai empat tujuan pokok, yakni untuk semakin mengukuhkan posisi perusahaan sebagai service provider yang terintegrasi, memperluas pasar, membangun aliansi strategis dengan para pemasok dan pelanggan, serta membangun kompetensi SDM dan teknologi untuk mendukung pengembangan usaha.

Dalam rangkaian itulah selama kurun waktu 10 tahun terakhir, DAHANA telah mendaftarkan lebih dari 23 paten dan merek dimana 19 diantaranya telah mendapatkan pengesahan HaKI.

Kami sangat meyakini bahwa dengan cara itulah inovasi perusahaan dapat dilindungi dan kemudian digunakan dalam lingkungan persaingan yang semakin ketat baik di dalam maupun luar negeri.

Pembangunan Fasilitas Produksi

Seiring dengan keberhasilan merelokasi pusat bisnis kami dari Tasikmalaya ke Energetic Material Center seluas 600 hektar di Subang, Jawa Barat, tahun 2012 juga ditandai dengan pembangunan beberapa pabrik baru kami. Diawali dengan pencanangan pembangunan pabrik NAC/SAC oleh Menteri PPN/Kepala Bappenas Armida S. Alisjahbana sebagai kelanjutan Pabrik Booster untuk memproduksi Asam Nitrat Pekat, diikuti dengan peresmian oleh Menteri Pertahanan Bapak Purnomo Yusgiantoro atas Pabrik Ammonium Nitrate cair (AN Solution) yang dioperasikan bersama oleh Joint Operation DAHANA - BleakBear Resources Indonesia dan berlokasi di Bontang, Kalimantan Timur.

DAHANA juga terus mempersiapkan kemampuan dan fasilitasnya untuk mendukung kemandirian industri pertahanan sesuai UU nomor 16 tahun 2012.

Untuk melaksanakan program nasional yang telah ditetapkan oleh KKIP yaitu pembangunan industri propelan, DAHANA menandatangani nota kesepahaman strategis dengan Balitbang Kemhan RI untuk pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia, penelitian, pengkajian & pengembangan teknologi dalam bidang bahan peledak serta propelan. Yang kemudian dilanjutkan dalam bentuk kerjasama.

We are very certain that this way the company’s innovation can be protected and then used in the increasingly tighter competition environment both in the country and overseas.

Production Facilities Establishment

Along with the success in relocating the head office from Tasikmalaya to Energetic Material Centre on a property of 600 hectares in Subang, West Java, the year 2012 was also marked with the commencement of nAC/SAC plant establishment by the Minister of national Development Planning/the Head of Bappenas, Armida S. Alisjahbana as the continuation of the Booster Plant to produce Concentrated Acid nitrate, which was then followed with the official inauguration of Ammonium Nitrate Solution (An Solution) Plant by the Minister of Defense, Purnomo Yusgiantoro. The plant is collaboratively operated by Joint Operation DAHAnA – BleakBear Resources indonesia located in Bontang, east Kalimantan.

DAHAnA also continuously prepares its capability and facilities to support the independence of defense industry according to the act, no. 16, 2012.

To implement national program as stated by KKiP, named propellant industry establishment, DAHAnA signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with the Agency of Research and Development, Ministry of Defense, which was continued with a collaborative research and development of facilities and nitroglycerin prototype, which is the basic ingredient of propellant.

Untuk pasar propelan sendiri, telah ditandatangani Head of Agreement dengan PT Pindad (Persero).

Sedangkan pembangunan pabrik propelan sendiri akan dilaksanakan bekerjasama dengan mitra yang telah ditunjuk Pemerintah yaitu EURENCO dan ROXEL yang ditandai dengan peletakan batu pertama oleh Menteri Pertahanan RI Purnomo Yusgiantoro dan Menteri Perindustrian MS Hidayat di Kawasan Energetic Material Center PT DAHANA (Persero) pada 10 Oktober 2014.

Kerjasama litbang lainnya juga ditandatangani dengan LAPAN untuk pengembangan roket dan dengan DISLITBANG TNI AD dalam mengembangkan bahan peledak pertahanan.

Lingkungan dan Masyarakat

Kami patut bersyukur kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Kuasa, tahun ini DAHANA meraih level 5 yang merupakan level tertinggi untuk Industri Hijau dari Kementerian Perindustrian. Hal ini membuktikan konsistensi DAHANA untuk menerapkan green concept dalam setiap aktivitas usahanya, disamping sebagai BUMN, kami berkewajiban untuk terus membina lingkungan dengan program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar.

For the propellant market, a Head of Agreement has been signed with PT Pindad (Persero).

Meanwhile, the propellant plant establishment will be performed in collaboration with the appointed partners, namely eURenCO and ROXeL, which was marked with the ground breaking by the Minister of Defence of the Republic of indonesia, Purnomo Yusgiantoro and the Minister of industry, MS Hidayat in the area of energetic Material Center of PT DAHAnA (Persero) on October 10th 2014.

Other research and development cooperation was also signed with LAPAn to develop rockets and with indonesia Army Research and Development Division (DiSLiTBAnG Tni AD) in developing defense explosives.

Environment & Society

We are very grateful to God Almighty that in this year DAHAnA achieved level 5, which is the highest level of Green industry from the Minister of industry. This is a proof of DAHAnA’s consistency in applying the green concept in each of its business activities. in addition to running as a State Owned Company (BUMn), we are compelled to continuously develop the environment through the empowerment programs of the surrounding society.

PT DAHANA (Persero) atau “DAHANA” adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) di bidang industri strategis yang menyediakan layanan bahan peledak terpadu untuk sektor Migas, Pertambangan Umum, Kuari dan Konstruksi serta untuk Pertahanan.

Sejarah DAHANA sebagai pionir di industri ini berawal dari proyek Angkatan Udara Republik Indonesia (AURI) pada tahun 1966 yang dikenal dengan Proyek Menang, berlokasi di Tasikmalaya, Jawa Barat.

Kemudian, pada tahun 1973 secara resmi menjadi Perusahaan Umum DAHANA berdasarkan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 36/1973 sebelum ditetapkan sebagai Perusahaan Perseroan pada tahun 1991.

Lini Bisnis DAHANA terus berkembang mencakup: Explosives Manufacturing, Drilling & Blasting, Related Services, dan Defence Related untuk pelanggan di seluruh Indonesia dan kawasan ASEAN.

Later in 1973, the project was formally changed into a public company based on the government regulation no. 36/1973 before it was changed to a limited company (PT) in 1991.

Layanan ini meningkatkan efisiensi produksi dan penghematan biaya transportasi sehingga pelanggan mendapatkan layanan yang menyeluruh dan cepat. Pelanggan juga dapat meminimalisasi kelebihan permintaan sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi finansial.

Saat ini On-Site Plant kami telah beroperasi di berbagai pertambangan di daerah Karimun (Kepulauan Riau), Batulicin dan Tabalong (Kalimantan Selatan), Bontang, Melak dan Sanga-Sanga (Kalimantan Timur), Kasongan (Kalimantan Tengah), dan Seruyung (Kalimantan Utara).

Politic and Security Condition The year 2014 was the politic year. in this year, indonesia conducted legislative members and Presidential election. nationwide, the politic and security condition was stable during and after the election.

However, the impact of the election slowed down national economic growth, including in mining and energy, quarry and construction.

To a certain extent, in a certain area, the politic condition could hinder business activities of a company. This politic condition is particularly related to local election activity which frequently hinders the operation and permit process.

Economic condition

in 2014, indonesia economy still slowed down. According to the Statistic Center Bureau, indonesia economic growth in 2014 was in the range of 5,02%. The inflation decreased from 8,38% in 2013 to 8,36% in 2014.

The decrease of mining commodity prices, particularly oil, has an impact on the decrease of another mining commodity, namely coal; the growth of Mining and Quarry sector in 2014 had a decrease of 0,54% which only grew by 0,8% compared to the year 2013 with the growth of 1,34% and likewise the decrease of 0,57% on Construction sector with the growth of only 6% compared to the year 2013 of 6,57%.

Kondisi Ekonomi

Dalam tahun 2014, perekonomian Indonesia masih mengalami perlambatan. Menurut Biro Pusat Statistik, pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia pada tahun 2014 berada pada kisaran 5,02%. Inflasi mengalami penurunan dari 8,38% pada tahun 2013 menjadi 8,36% pada tahun 2014.

Penurunan harga komoditas pertambangan terutama Minyak berimbas kepada penurunan komoditas pertambangan lainnya yaitu batubara, pertumbuhan sektor Pertambangan dan Penggalian pada tahun 2014 mengalami penurunan sebesar 0,54% yang hanya tumbuh sebesar 0,8% dibandingkan pada tahun 2013 tumbuh sebesar 1,34% demikian pula adanya penurunan sebesar 0,57% pada sektor Konstruksi yang hanya tumbuh sebesar 6%. bila dibandingkan dengan tahun 2013 yang sebesar 6,57%

Untuk sektor Migas, menurunnya harga minyak dunia dan belum adanya pemberian insentif yang menarik bagi investor migas untuk melakukan ekplorasi dan eksploitasi serta banyaknya kendala operasional di lapangan seperti masih mengandalkan sumur tua, tumpang tindih lahan, perijinan terlalu birokratis dan lain lain, dan ini berdampak kepada kurang stabilnya permintaan handak, untuk tahun 2014 lifting minyak hanya mencapai 804.000 barel per hari.

Karena gejolak ekonomi tahun 2014, rupiah melemah sampai mencapai Rp 12.300 per dolar Amerika Serikat, jauh diatas asumsi Rp 10.500 per dolar sebagaimana telah ditetapkan dalam rencana kerja dan anggaran tahun 2014 (RKAP 2014).

Similar to other companies, DAHAnA is also against the fact that the society increasingly demands improvement of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation. For them, particularly local people at Dahana operating location, CSR programs will help to improve their economy and welfare. To the company, the programs will improve the company image and resolve possible social risk (Social risk management).

Furthermore, indonesian society and government have an increasing demand that all companies conducting mine and energy businesses perform the policy of good mining practices and good corporate governance. if the companies do not perform it, environmental problem and social conflict with local society will emerge all at once. This kind of matter can result in a negative impact to Dahana’s business activities.

Technology

in technology, Dahana has a greater competition due to the request of explosive technology which is customized and cost effective at the same time.

Technological innovation will also change explosive markets. For example, booster is one of the innovations in explosive technology. This innovation can drive customers to turn to using explosives with higher and safer velocity of detonation (VOD).

People are also more aware of the importance of the products that are safe and at the same time environmentally friendly. This requires the company to perform some innovation in order to be able to produce safer and environmentally friendlier products. Therefore, the company will lead its innovation to produce biodegradable explosives and electronic detonators.

in information technology area, the ever more sophisticated development will support customers’ effort to search and purchase all products that they need quickly and accurately, along with lower prices and yet according to their fixed criteria, including the safe and environmentally friendly criteria.

Sosial Budaya

Sebagaimana perusahaan-perusahaan lainnya, DAHANA juga dihadapkan pada kondisi masyarakat yang semakin menuntut peningkatan pelaksanaan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Bagi masyarakat, khususnya masyarakat lokal di lokasi operasi DAHANA, program CSR akan membantu peningkatan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan mereka. Bagi perusahaan, program itu akan meningkatkan citra perusahaan dan sekaligus mengatasi kemungkinan resiko sosial (Social risk management).

Selain itu, masyarakat Indonesia dan pemerintah Indonesia semakin menuntut agar semua perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang tambang dan energi mengikuti kebijakan good mining practices dan good corporate governance. Kalau perusahaan-perusahaan tidak mengindahkannya, mereka akan menimbulkan permasalahan lingkungan dan sekaligus konflik sosial dengan masyarakat lokal. Hal seperti ini bisa berakibat negatif bagi kegiatan bisnis DAHANA.

Teknologi

Di bidang teknologi, DAHANA mengalami kompetisi yang makin meningkat karena adanya permintaan terhadap teknologi peledakan yang customized dan sekaligus cost effective.

Inovasi bidang teknologi juga akan merubah pasar bahan peledak. Misalnya, booster adalah salah satu inovasi teknologi bahan peledak. Inovasi ini bisa mendorong pelanggan untuk beralih ke penggunaan bahan peledak dengan velocity of detonation (VOD) yang lebih tinggi dan aman.

Masyarakat juga semakin menyadari perlunya produk yang aman sekaligus ramah lingkungan. Ini menuntut perusahaan untuk melakukan inovasi agar bisa menghasilkan produk-produk yang lebih aman dan ramah lingkungan. Karena itu perusahaan akan mengarahkan inovasinya untuk memproduksi biodegradable explosives dan detonator elektronik.

DAHANA membangun Energetic Material Center (EMC) sebagai pusat penelitian, pengembangan dan produksi bahan-bahan berenergi tinggi dan teknologi terkait lainnya yang terdepan se-Asia Tenggara.

Dilandasi dengan budaya inovasi, pengabdian dan kesempurnaan DAHANA, EMC mendorong kemampuan Perusahaan dalam penguasaan dan pengembangan teknologi secara mandiri, pengembangan kualitas SDM, dan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan.

Pembangunan EMC ini merupakan hasil sinergi BUMN dengan lead PT PP (Persero) sebagai kontraktor yang ditunjuk dengan PT Bina Karya (Persero) dan PT BNI (Persero) Tbk serta PT Telkom (Persero) Tbk. Kawasan EMC terbagi menjadi beberapa zona dan menaungi berbagai fasilitas, termasuk pusat penelitian dan pengembangan, pabrik (termasuk pabrik emulsion, pabrik detonator, pabrik DANFO,

With the ground of DAHAnA’s culture, devotion and perfection, eMC supports the company’s capability in mastery and development of technology independently, development of human resource quality, and improvement of customer service.

The establishment of eMC was a result of the synergy of State-Owned enterprise with the lead of PT PP (Persero) as an appointed contractor with PT Binakarya (Persero) and PT Bni (Persero) Ltd. and PT Telkom (Persero) Ltd. The eMC area is divided into several zones and covers various facilities, including a research and development center, plants (including emulsion plant, detonator plant, DAnFO

DAHANA juga menyadari berada dalam industri yang unik sehingga kebutuhan tenaga kerja khususnya para profesional di bidang bahan peledak dan materi berenergi tinggi relatif sulit didapat. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan mengembangkan pusat pelatihan khusus untuk mencetak tenaga profesional di bidang ini dengan membangun pusat pelatihan dan pengembangan di EMC yang juga disebut “Kampus”.

Gedung Kampus yang merupakan singkatan Kantor Manajemen Pusat berhasil meraih sertifikat “green building” setelah memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan oleh Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) terkait pemenuhan standar GREEN CONCEPT seperti standar tahan gempa, keamanan untuk kebakaran gedung, dan aksesibilitas penyandang cacat.Selain itu, KAMPUS DAHANA juga diganjar dengan penghargaan Juara 1 Kategori Bangunan Gedung Hemat Energi “GEDUNG BUMN” dalam Penghargaan Efisiensi Energi Nasional 2012.

DAHANA’S KAMPUS

DAHAnA is aware that it exists in a unique industry and this makes it difficult to find employees particularly professionals specializing in explosives and high energy materials. Therefore, the company develops a special training center to produce professionals specializing in this field by establishing the training and development center at eMC which is also called ‘Kampus’.

The Kampus building, an acronym of Kantor Manajemen Pusat (Central Management Office) has successfully achieved the ‘green building’ certification by meeting the standard determined by Green Building Council indonesia (GBCI) related to the fulfillment of GREEN COnCePT standard, such as the standard of earthquake resistance, security of fire in the building, and accessibility for disables. Furthermore, DAHAnA’s KAMPUS has also accomplished an award of the first prize winner for energy Saving Building of “BUMn (State-Owned enterprise) BUiLDinG” in the national Energy Efficiency Award 2012.

Pada tahun 2012 dan 2013, DAHANA mendapat penghargaan Sertifikat Biru dari kementerian lingkungan atas prestasinya dalam pelestarian lingkungan. Penghargaan itu diberikan dalam kategori BUMN di Indonesia. Pemeringkatan ini diikuti oleh 1,371 perusahaan milik negara dan swasta, dan para pemenang dinilai dalam lima kategori, yakni emas sebagai yang terbaik, kemudian hijau, biru, merah, dan hitam sebagai yang terburuk.

Bagi DAHANA, penghargaan itu merupakan faktor utama untuk memenangkan penghargaan tersebut ternyata berkaitan dengan pengelolaan sampahnya. Perusahaan itu telah menerapkan apa yang disebut 3R, yakni reduce (mengurangi), reuse (memakai lagi), dan recycle (mendaur ulang).

Selain itu, sebagai langkah memanfaatkan lahan produktif yang dimiliki oleh DAHANA yang berada di Desa Sadawarna, Cibogo, Subang Jawa Barat. Tanah DAHANA yang luasnya mencapai 600 hektar, sekitar 450 hektarnya akan dijadikan lahan produktif untuk keperluan vegetasi dan membangun hutan produksi oleh unit kerja Nurseri DAHANA.

Atas upaya-upaya di atas, pada 2014 DAHANA meraih penghargaan level 5 untuk Industri Hijau dari Kementerian Perindustrian. Penghargaan industri hijau ini dibagi atas 5 level berdasarkan rentang atau interval nilai yang diperoleh sesuai level yang ditentukan. Untuk level 5 merupakan level tertinggi. Penghargaan tertinggi ini diberikan oleh Kemenperin pada perusahaan yang melakukan upaya pengelolaan lingkungan hidup dengan baik.

Penganugerahan penghargaan industri hijau dilaksanakan setelah melalui berbagai tahap seleksi dan verifikasi oleh Kemenperin berdasarkan sistem yang dievaluasi secara berkala termasuk kinerja pengelolaan lingkungan perusahaan. Dan, penghargaan ini menambah panjang catatan prestasi DAHANA di bidang lingkungan.

Dengan memenangkan penghargaan tersebut, perusahaan telah membuktikan dirinya patuh pada prinsip-prinsip hijau dalam menjalankan operasi bisnisnya berdasarkan peraturan-peraturan yang berlaku tentang pelestarian lingkungan.

in 2012 and 2013, DAHAnA achieved the Blue Certificate award from the Ministry of environment for its attainment in environmental conservation. The award was presented to the State-Owned enterprise (BUMn) category in indonesia. There were 1,371 State-Owned enterprise and private enterprises participating in the selection, and the winners were appointed in five categories, namely gold for the best one, followed by green, blue, red, and black for the worst one.

To Dahana, the award was the major factor in its achievement, which was apparently related to the waste management. The company has applied what is called 3R - reduce, reuse, and recycle.

Furthermore, there will be an action to make use of the productive land owned by DAHAnA, located in Sadawarna Village, Cibogo, Subang, West Java. DAHAnA stands on a property of 600-hectare land, 450 of which will be used for a productive area of vegetation and production forest by DAHAnA’s nursery task force.

For the aforementioned effort, in 2014 DAHAnA achieved a level 5 award for Green industry from the Ministry of industry. This Green industry Award is divided into 5 levels on the basis of value interval attained according to the pre-determined level. Level 5 is the highest level. This highest appreciation is presented by the Ministry of industry to a company performing environmental management effort well.

The green industry award presentation was conducted after going through various selection stages and verifications by the Ministry of industry based on a system that is evaluated periodically, including company environment management performance. And, this appreciation has added to the long list of DAHAnA’s many achievements in environment.

By accomplishing the award, the company has proven that it obeys the green principles in running its business operations based on the prevailing regulations on environment conservation.

Shareholders Meeting

The Shareholders Meeting (RUPS) has an authority that is not delegated to the Directors and/or Board of Commissioners, in a confinement as regulated in Law No. 40 2007 on Limited Liabilities Company and/or Statute.

Based on article 78 clause 2 of the Law, the Share holders’ General Meeting holds the highest authority in DAHAnA company organization structure. The Law states that the share holders’ general meeting must be conducted annually, at the latest six months after the year book ends. DAHAnA has consistently conducted the share holders’ general meeting every year to discuss the company performance in the previous year, and to discuss the company work plan and budget (RKAP) for the following year.

Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS) mempunyai wewenang yang tidak diberikan kepada Direksi dan/atau Dewan Komisaris, dalam batas yang ditentukan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas dan/atau Anggaran Dasar.

Berdasarkan pasal 78 ayat 2 dari Undang-undang tersebut, Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham memegang kuasa tertinggi dalam struktur organisasi perusahaan DAHANA. Undang-undang tersebut menetapkan bahwa Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham harus dilakukan setiap tahun, paling lambat enam bulan setelah berakhirnya tahun buku. Pada tahun 2014, DAHANA menyelenggarakan 2 (dua) kali RUPS tahunan. Pertama, membahas kinerja perusahaan tahun buku 2013 yang diselenggarakan di Jakarta pada tanggal 2 Mei 2014 bertempat di ruang rapat lantai 9 gedung Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara, Jl. Medan Merdeka Selatan No. 13 Jakarta. Kedua, ditetapkannya Keputusan Menteri Badan Usaha Milik Negara selaku RUPS Perusahaan (Persero) PT DAHANA Nomor : SK-137/MBU/2014 tanggal 26 Juni 2014 tentang Pengangkatan Komisaris Utama Perusahaan Perseroan (Persero) PT Dahana.

Adapun agenda RUPS pertama, Persetujuan Laporan Tahunan dan laporan Keuangan PKBL Tahun Buku 2013 termasuk Laporan Pengawasan Dewan Komisaris Tahun Buku 2013, Pengesahan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasi Perseroan Tahun Buku 2013 dan Tahun Buku 2012 serta Tahun Buku 2011 yang telah disajikan kembali dan Laporan Keuangan PKBL Tahun Buku 2013 sekaligus memberikan pelunasan dan pembebasan sepenuhnya dari tanggungjawab (volledig acquit et decharge) kepada seluruh anggota Direksi atas tindakan pengurusan dan kepada seluruh anggota Dewan Komisaris atas tindakan pengawasan yang dilakukan dalam tahun buku 2013, Penetapan Penggunaan Laba Bersih Perseroan Tahun Buku 2013, Penetapan besarnya gaji Direksi, honorarium Dewan Komisaris, tunjangan dan fasilitas serta Tantiem bagi segenap anggota Direksi dan anggota Dewan Komisaris, Penetapan Kantor Akuntan Publik. Dewan Komisaris

Dewan Komisaris sebagai organ perusahaan bertugas dan bertanggungjawab secara kolektif untuk melakukan pengawasan dan apabila dipandang perlu memberikan nasihat kepada Direksi serta memastikan bahwa Perusahaan melaksanakan GCG dalam rangka pengelolaan operasi bisnis perusahaan.

Secondly, the meeting concerned the BUMn ministerial decree decision as the RUPS of PT DAHAnA (Persero); number: SK-137/MBU/2014 dated 16 June 2014 on the Appointment of the Limited Liabilities Company’s Chief Commissioner of PT DAHAnA.

The first RUPS’s agenda was Annual Report Agreement and PKBL Financial Report of the year book 2013, including Board of Commissioners Monitoring Report of the year book 2013, Limited Liabilities Company Consolidation’s Financial Report of the year book 2013 and the year book 2011 which had been re-presented, and PKBL Financial Report of the year book 2013 as well as giving the repayment and writing off all the Board of Directors members’ responsibility of expenses and all Board of Commissioners members of the monitoring acts of the year book 2013, Decision of Limited Liabilities Company’s Net Profit Usage of the year book 2013, Decision of Board of Directors’ salary, Board of Commissioners’ fee, incentives and facilities as well as profit sharing for the entire Directors and Board of Commissioners, Appointment of Public Accountant Office. The second RUPS agenda was regarding the presentation of BUMn Ministerial Decree copies.

Board of Commissioners As a company organ, the Board of Commissioners serves and is responsible collectively for performing the monitoring and, if necessary, provide suggestion to the Directors as well as ensuring that the company implements GCG in managing the company business operation. The Commissioners also give inputs to the directors in designing company business strategies, guideline and the prevailing regulations in the company, as well as inputs

Penilaian Dewan Komisaris :a. RUPS menetapkan Indikator Pencapaian

Kinerja (Key Performance indicators) Dewan Komisaris berdasarkan usulan dari Dewan Komisaris.

b. Indikator Pencapaian Kinerja merupakan ukuran penilaian atas keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas dan tanggung jawab pengawasan dan pemberian nasihat oleh Dewan Komisaris sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan dan/atau anggaran dasar.

Dewan Komisaris wajib menyampaikan laporan tentang tugas pengawasan yang telah dilakukan selama tahun buku yang baru lampau kepada RUPS/Menteri Negara BUMN.

Direksi

Semua direksi secara kolektif bertanggungjawab dalam menjalankan operasi bisnis perusahaan sesuai dengan visi dan misi perusahaan, pedoman internal yang dirancang berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku, budaya perusahaan, etika bisnis, dan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan. Semua mereka adalah orang-orang yang berkompeten di bidangnya, dan diharuskan untuk melaksanakan pekerjaan mereka masing-masing berdasarkan tugas dan wewenang yang telah digariskan kepada mereka.

Direksi menjalankan pengurusan Perusahaan untuk kepentingan Perusahaan sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan Perusahaan, serta mewakili Perusahaan baik di dalam maupun di luar pengadilan sesuai dengan ketentuan Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan.

Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya anggota Direksi harus mematuhi Anggaran Dasar Perusahaan, dan peraturan perundang-undangan serta wajib

The appointment and dismissal of the Board of Commissioners are done by the RUPS, in which the requirements and mechanism of the Board of Commissioners’ appointment and dismissal are regulated with BUMN ministerial decree. The Board of Commissioners is compelled to arrange the work plan and annual budget of the Board of Commissioners which is an integrated part of RKAP. Board of Commissioners assessment:a. indicators of the Board of Commissioners based on proposal from the Board of Commissioners.

b. The Key Performance indicators serves as an assessment measurement of the success of task implementation and monitoring responsibility and suggestion giving by Board of Commissioners in accordance to the regulation and/or statute.

Board of Commissioners must report on the monitoring duties that have been done throughout the past year book to RUPS/BUMn State Minister.

Directors

The entire Directors is collectively responsible for running the company business operation according to the company vision and mission, internal guideline that is designed with the prevailing regulation, company culture, business ethics, and corporate governance principles. All of them are competent people in their field, and are compelled to perform their tasks based on the assignment and authority that have been stated to them.

Directors runs the company management for the company interest according to the purpose and goals of the company, as well as representing the company both inside and outside the court according to the company statute.

To implement their tasks, Directors members must obey the company statute and regulation, and must implement the GCG principles, ruled by the BUMn State Minister.

Direksi menyiapkan Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Perusahaan (RKAP) sebagai penjabaran tahunan dari RJP.

Direksi harus menyusun pertanggungjawaban pengelolaan perusahaan dalam bentuk laporan tahunan yang memuat antara lain laporan keuangan, laporan kegiatan perusahaan, dan laporan pelaksanaan GCG.

Komite Audit

Pembentukan Komite Audit adalah merupakan bagian dari komitmen DAHANA untuk melaksanakan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, yakni transparansi, tanggung jawab, integritas, keterbukaan, dan keadilan.

Anggota Komite Audit ditetapkan berdasarkan keputusan Dewan Komisaris nomor : Skep/17/Kom/DHN/XI/2014 pada tanggal 1 Nopember 2014.

Pembentukan Komite Audit juga berdasarkan pada pasal 70 Undang-undang No. 19/2003 mengenai Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN), yang menetapkan bahwa Dewan Komisaris Badan Pengawas BUMN berkewajiban membentuk Komite Audit.

Komite Audit bertugas untuk mengaudit laporan keuangan perusahaan, mengevaluasi hasil-hasil audit dari satuan internal dan eksternal audit, menganalisa resiko-resiko dan masalah-masalah lainnya yang dihadapi perusahaan, serta

Internal audit

Satuan Pengawasan Intern adalah satuan kerja yang bertanggung jawab untuk melaksanakan tugas di bidang Pengawasan Internal Perusahaan.

Satuan Pengawasan Intern mempunyai kedudukan dan bertanggung jawab langsung kepada Direktur Utama untuk menjamin independensi dalam penampilan dan dalam kenyataan (independency on performance and in fact) dari kegiatan atau unit kerja yang diaudit.

Kepala Satuan Pengawasan Intern harus memiliki kualifikasi akademis dan kompetensi yang memadai agar dapat melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, termasuk:

• Sebagai mitra strategik dari unit kerja terkait dan sebagai mitra kerja dari Komite Audit dan Auditor Eksternal.

• Melakukan fungsi pengawasan dan pemeriksaan internal untuk memberikan keyakinan tentang dapat dicapainya tujuan-tujuan Perusahaan yang terkait dengan efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi, keamanan aset perusahaan, keandalan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip akuntansi, etika bisnis dan GCG dan ketaatan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan.

• Berperan sebagai katalisator dan konsultan internal bagi perusahaan dalam upaya untuk membantu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya sesuai yang diharapkan.

• Memastikan sistem pengendalian intern perusahaan berfungsi efektif termasuk melakukan kegiatan yang dapat mencegah terjadinya penyimpangan serta melakukan assessment terhadap sistem tersebut secara berkala.

• Melakukan monitor dan evaluasi atas penyelesaian rekomendasi hasil temuan audit internal maupun hasil temuan audit eksternal yang dilaksanakan oleh Perusahaan.

• Menganalisa dan mengevaluasi efektivitas penerapan prinsip-prinsip GCG dengan melakukan self assessment secara berkala setiap 2 (dua) tahun, yaitu program untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur penerapan GCG di lingkungan perusahaan. Pelaksanaan

• Performing monitoring and evaluation on the recommendation resolution of internal audit findings and external audit findings which is done by the company.

Komite Pengelola Resiko

Sebagai bagian dari pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan yang baik, Dahana telah membentuk suatu komite pengelola resiko, yang bertugas mengelola berbagai resiko yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam operasi sehari-harinya. Komite tersebut bertanggungjawab untuk menganalisa semua resiko, dan mengusulkan langkah-langkah antisipasi dan pengeloaan yang perlu sehingga semua resiko berada dalam kondisi dapat terkelola.

Komite pengelola resiko dituntut untuk secara berkala merancang suatu strategi, kebijakan dan prosedur dalam mengelola resiko yang dihadapi Dahana dalam operasi bisnisnya. Komite ini juga bertanggung jawab untuk memantau kegiatan-kegiatan untuk mengelola resiko, dan membantu menginternalisasi tentang nilai penting dari pengelolaan resiko dalam perusahaan.

Sekretaris Perusahaan

Direksi membentuk Sekretaris Perusahaan sebagai unit kerja yang bertanggung jawab melaksanakan tugas sebagai pejabat penghubung (liaison officer) dan ditugaskan oleh Direksi untuk melaksanakan kegiatan kesekretariatan, kebijakan legal perusahaan dan kebijakan komunikasi perusahaan baik eksternal maupun internal dalam menunjang kelancaran kegiatan hubungan perusahaan.

Sekretaris Perusahaan berperan penting dalam memfasilitasi kelancaran pelaksanaan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola perusahaan. Dia berfungsi sebagai sekretaris kepada direksi.

Secara berkala, sekretaris perusahaan berkewajiban untuk mengorganisir rapat umum pemegang saham, dan pertemuan-pertemuan

Risk Management Committee

As a part of good corporate governance principles implementation, Dahana has formed a risk management committee, which serves to manage various risks faced by the company in its daily operation. The committee is responsible for analyzing all risks, and proposes anticipating actions and necessary management in order that all risks are in a manageable condition.

Risk management committee is demanded to periodically design a strategy, policy and procedure in managing risks faced by DAHAnA in its business operation. This committee is also responsible for monitoring activities to manage risk, and helping to internalize important values of risk management in the company.

Corporate Secretary

Directors forms a corporate secretary as a work unit that is responsible for performing tasks as a liaison officer and assigned by the Directors to implement secretarial activities, company legal policy and company communication policy both externally and internally in sustaining the company relation.

The corporate secretary has an important role in facilitating the good corporate governance principles implementation. He or she serves as a secretary to the Directors.

Periodically, the corporate secretary has a duty to organize a share holders’ general meeting, and other company meetings which are

Pencapaian Assessment GCG 2014

Guna mengetahui hal-hal yang telah dilaksanakan berkaitan dengan penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) periode 2014, telah dilakukan Assessment GCG berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Sekretaris Kementerian BUMN No. SK-16/S-MBU/2012 tentang Indikator/Parameter Penilaian dan Evaluasi Atas Penetapan Tata Kelola Perusahaan Yang Baik (Good Corporate Governance) Pada Badan Usaha Milik Negara.

Nilai Akhir Penerapan GCG yang diperoleh PT Dahana (Persero) dalam Assessment GCG 2014 untuk seluruh aspek telah mencapai 74,27 dengan klasifikasi “Cukup Baik”. Adapun capaian nilai untuk masing-masing aspek sebagai berikut:

To find out what had been implemented related to the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) application in 2014, a GCG Assessment was conducted based on the decree of BUMn Ministry Secretary no. SK-16/S-MBU/2012 on Assessment and evaluation indicator/Parameter of Good Corporate Governance for State-Owned enterprise (BUMn).

The final score of GCG application that PT Dahana (Persero) achieved in GCG Assessment 2014 for all aspects was 74,27 with the classification of “Fairly Good”. The score of each aspect is as follows:

Salah satu komitmen PT DAHANA (Persero) dalam menerapkan prinsip GCG adalah dengan mengikuti penilaian BUMN Bersih. Program BUMN Bersih menilai komitmen Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris dalam meningkatkan penerapan GCG, baik secara administratif maupun substantif dan menciptakan BUMN yang bersih dan bebas dari gratifikasi, fraud, dan KKN.

One of the commitments of PT DAHAnA (Persero) in applying GCG principles is by taking part in Clean BUMn assessment. Clean BUMn assessed Directors and Board of Commissioners’ commitment in improving GCG application, both administratively and substantially, and creating a clean BUMN free from gratification, fraud, corruption, collusion, and nepotism.

Sebagai bagian dari masyarakat Indonesia, DAHANA selalu berupaya menjadi perusahaan terpercaya dan bertanggungjawab, dan memenuhi panggilan misi kami berkontribusi kepada masyarakat Indonesia.

Sebagai BUMN yang sahamnya 100% dimiliki oleh Pemerintah, DAHANA mengemban tanggung jawab dalam meningkatkan perekonomian rakyat. Hal ini bukan hanya kewajiban, namun juga misi DAHANA untuk tumbuh bersama mitra dan memberikan manfaat berimbang antara keuntungan bisnis dengan perkembangan masyarakat sekitar. Dana untuk pelaksanaan program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dialokasikan secara rutin dari sebagian keuntungan Perusahaan.

Kegiatan CSR DAHANA berfokus di bidang pengembangan kemitraan UKM, bidang pendidikan, bidang kesehatan, dan bidang keagamaan, serta pemberian bantuan di daerah yang terlanda bencana.

Kegiatan-kegiatan ini dikelola secara efektif, terfokus dan mandiri melalui Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkungan (PKBL) oleh tim khusus yang tidak merangkap jabatan struktural. Program Kemitraan dan Program Bina Lingkungan dilaksanakan PT DAHANA (Persero) merupakan program yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Negara Badan Usaha Milik Negara No. PER-08/MBU/2013 tanggal 10 September 2013 yang merupakan perubahan Ke-4 dari Permen BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007 tanggal 27 April 2007 tentang Program Kemitraan BUMN dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan.

Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan usaha kecil agar menjadi tangguh dan mandiri melalui pemanfaatan dana dari bagian laba yang di peroleh PT DAHANA (Persero). Bentuk yang diberikan kepada mitra binaan berupa pemberian pinjaman modal kerja sesuai kebutuhan atau kemampuan usahanya serta pembinaan dalam bentuk pendidikan/ pelatihan, promosi dengan mengikutsertakan pada berbagai jenis pameran. Adapun sektor bidang usaha masuk dalam kategori tersebut di atas adalah meliputi sektor Industri, Perdagangan, Pertanian, Peternakan, Perikanan, Jasa dan Koperasi.

The funds for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation is regularly allocated from some of the company profits.

DAHAnA’s CSR activities is focused on small and medium enterprise (UKM) partnership development sector, education sector, health sector, religious sector, as well as providing aid for areas hit by natural disasters.

These activities are managed effectively, focused and independently through Partnership and environment Development Programs (PKBL) by a special team who do not have double structural positions. The Partnership and environment Development Program performed by PT DAHAnA (Persero) is a program in accordance with BUMn Ministerial decree no. PeR-08/MBU/2013 dated 10 September 2013 which is the 4th amendment of BUMn Ministerial decree no. PeR-05/MBU/2007 dated 27 April 2007 on the Partnership Program of BUMn with Small enterprises and environment Development Programs.

The programs have a goal to improve small enterprise capability to become tough and independent through utilization of funds from part of the profit gained by PT DAHANA (Persero). it was given to the partners in the form of business capital loan according to the need and capacity of the business and in the form of guidance through education/training and promotion by involving them in various kinds of exhibitions. The business sectors covered in the category include industry, trading, agriculture, husbandry, fishery, service and cooperative sectors.

Program Kemitraan

Sejak tahun 1992 sampai tahun 2014 PT DAHANA (Persero) telah membina sebanyak 1.772 mitra binaan usaha kecil dan koperasi dengan jumlah dana yang disalurkan sebesar Rp. 24,57 milyar dimana wilayah binaannya meliputi Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah dan Lampung.

Pada tahun 2014 total dana yang disalurkan sebesar Rp. 2,22 milyar terdiri dari Program Kemitraan membina 85 mitra binaan usaha kecil dan Koperasi dengan dana yang disalurkan sebesar Rp. 2,08 milyar, dengan rincian sektor perindustrian Rp. 465 juta, sektor perdagangan Rp. 863,5 juta, sektor pertanian Rp. 60 juta, sektor peternakan Rp. 80 juta, sektor budidaya ikan Rp. 205 juta, sektor jasa Rp. 300 juta, dan hibah pameran produk mitra binaan Rp. 110,7 juta.

Sedangkan untuk Program Bina Lingkungan menyalurkan bantuan sebesar Rp.143,6 juta dengan rincian sektor bencana alam Rp. 13,6 juta, sektor pendidikan & pelatihan Rp. 65,1 juta, sektor sosial masyarakat (pengentasan kemiskinan) sebesar Rp. 3,5 juta, sektor prasarana & sarana umum Rp.3,2 juta, sektor sarana ibadah Rp. 12,1 juta, dan sektor kesehatan masyarakat Rp. 46,2 juta.

Sepanjang tahun 2014 DAHANA telah melakukan berbagai kegiatan sesuai dengan misi Program Kemitraan dan Bina Lingkunganya itu pemberdayaan potensial ekonomi masyarakat dan membantu menciptakan perekonomian yang tangguh dan mandiri di masyarakat sekitar daerah operasi perusahaan.

Prosedur penyaluran atau pemberian bantuan dan Pedoman Operasional Unit PKBL PT DAHANA (Persero) adalah mengacu pada Peraturan

Menteri Negara BUMN No. PER-05/MBU/2007, tanggal 27 April 2007 yang terakhir diperbaharui dengan Keputusan Menteri Negara BUMN no PER 08/MBU/2013, Tanggal 10 September 2013 tentang Program Kemitraan BUMN dengan Usaha Kecil dan Program Bina Lingkungan.

PKBL DAHANA juga memberikan bantuan pinjaman dana dan hibah untuk kegiatan usaha kecil dan koperasi sebagai modal kerja. Sedangkan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme mitra binaan, tim PKBL DAHANA juga menyediakan layanan konsultasi pengetahuan manajemen usaha dan membangun komunikasi yang harmonis dengan mitra-mitra binaan.

Agar Program Kemitraan dapat berjalan dengan efektif, DAHANA memfokuskan wilayah binaan di provinsi Jawa Barat, meliputi Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Subang, dan sekitarnya. Dengan sektor yang dipilih meliputi perindustrian, perdagangan, pertanian, peternakan, perikanan, dan jasa.

Kinerja Program Kemitraan DAHANA cukup baik. Tahun 2014, DAHANA telah menyalurkan sekitar Rp1,97 Miliar untuk fungsi Pinjaman Modal Kerja atau sektor usaha ke sektor perindustrian, perdagangan, pertanian, perkebunan, budidaya ikan, dan jasa.

Dari jumlah yang disalurkan tersebut, tingkat efektivitas Penyaluran Dana mencapai 97,59% (skor 3) dengan tingkat kolektibilitas 75,92% (skor 3), sehingga total skor adalah 6.

Sesuai dengan tujuan semula bahwa keberadaan PKBL di harapkan dapat memberikan kesempatan bagi para pengusaha kecil untuk berkembang

DAHAnA’s PKBL also provided some fund loan and grant as business capital for small enterprise activities and cooperatives. To improve the professionalism of the assisted partners, DAHAnA’s PKBL also provided business management knowledge consultation services and established a harmonious communication with its assisted partners.

For the Partnership Programs to run effectively, DAHAnA focused on some areas of assistance in West Java province covering Tasikmalaya, Ciamis, Subang and its surrounding. The chosen sectors covered industry, trading, agriculture, husbandry, fishery, and service.

DAHAnA’s Partnership Programs’ performance was fairly good. in 2014, DAHAnA distributed approximately Rp1,97 billion amount for Business Capital Loan or from business sector to the sector of industry, trading, agriculture, plantation, fish cultivation, and service.

Of the amount that was donated, the fund distribution effectiveness reached 97,59% (score 3) with the collectability level of 75,92% (score 3), so the overall score is 6.

Telah banyak sudah mitra yang dibina oleh PKBL PT DAHANA (Persero) dan tidak sedikit yang telah berhasil menjadi pengusaha yang profesional dan sukses sehingga tidak lagi masuk kedalam kategori pengusaha kecil, sehingga pemenuhan kebutuhan dananya tidak lagi dari dana Program Kemitraan tetapi mereka sudah berhubungan langsung dengan lembaga perbankan. Sejalan dengan relokasinya DAHANA dari Kota Tasikmalaya ke Kab. Subang pada tahun 2012, maka jumlah mitra binaan baru di Kab.Subang telah mengalami peningkatan atau pertumbuhan yang signifikan.

PKBL PT DAHANA (Persero) memberikan bantuan untuk pembangunan Masjid Al Ikhlas Desa Sadawarna pada 16 Juli 2014.

Sekitar 17 kecamatan di daerah Pantura Subang terkena banjir yang merendam rumah, sawah, dan tambak. DAHANA ikut memberikan bantuan untuk masyarakat melalui Posko Satlak Penanggulangan Bencana dan Penanganan Pengungsi (PBP) Kabupaten Subang.

Kegiatan Bina Lingkungan (BL)

Ruang lingkup Bantuan Program Bina Lingkungan BUMN Pembina (DAHANA) sesuai Permen 08/MBU/2013, tanggal 10 September 2013, pasal 11, ayat 2 huruf e adalah: Bantuan Korban Bencana Alam, Bantuan Pendidikan dan atau pelatihan, Bantuan Peningkatan Kesehatan, Bantuan Prasarana dan atau Sarana Umum, Bantuan Pelestarian alam, dan bantuan Sosial Masyarakat dalam rangka Pengentasan Kemiskinan.

There have been numerous partners assisted by PKBL of PT DAHAnA (Persero) and many of them have succeeded in becoming professional and successful entrepreneurs so that they are not included into small entrepreneurs anymore; this means that their fund need fulfillment is no longer from the Partnership Program funds. They have already got direct contact with banking institutions. Since the relocation of PT DAHAnA (Persero) from Tasikmalaya to Subang Regency in 2012, the number of new assisted partners in Subang Regency has increased and grown significantly.

PKBL of PT DAHAnA (Persero) gave some aid for the establishment of Al ikhlas Mosque in Sadawarna Village on 16 July 2014.

Around 17 sub districts in the north Coast of Subang flooded inundating houses, rice fields, and fish ponds. PT DAHANA (Persero) took part in giving aid for people there through the task forces in charge of disaster management and evacuee handling (PBP) of Subang Regency.

Environment Development (BL) Activities

The coverage of aid for environment Development Program of the Assisting BUMn (DAHAnA) is according to the ministerial decree of 08/ MBU/2013, dated 10 September 2013, article 11, clause 2 letter e: natural Disaster Victim Aid, education and Training Aid, Health improvement Aid, infrastructure and/or Public Facilities Aid, natural Conservation Aid, Social Aid for Poverty Alleviation.

Tahun ini, total dana telah tersalur sebesar Rp. 143,64 juta untuk program Bina Lingkungan dengan alokasi terbesar pada bidang Pendidikan dan Pelatihan.

Program Pendidikan dan Pelatihan

DAHANA memberikan bantuan di bidang pendidikan dan pelatihan dalam bentuk:· Bantuan beasiswa diberikan kepada para

pelajar berprestrasi dan tidak mampu dengan dilengkapi keterangan dari pihak sekolah, orang tua dan RT/Rw setempat;

· Fasilitas pendidikan dan pengadaan sarana dan prasarana sekolah (umum, pesantren, madrasah) berupa perbaikan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan serta usaha-usaha dalam proses penelitian dan pengembangan pendidikan masyarakat;

· Pelatihan kepada warga sekitar guna menambah keterampilan dan kompetensi masyarakat, seperti pelatihan mengemudi, kursus komputer, dan kursus membatik.

Program Keagamaan

Bantuan diberikan untuk membantu kegiatan seremonial keagamaan berupa bantuan pembangunan dan perbaikan rumah ibadah, pengadaan sarana ibadah, dan pengadaan sarana penunjang lainnya agar dapat meningkatkan fungsi dan kegunaan fasilitas tersebut bagi masyarakat.

Education and Training Programs

DAHAnA has provided aid on education and training sector such as:- Scholarship aid granted to bright students

from low economy families if they showed the statement letter from school, parents and local authorities;

- Aid for education facilities and school infra-structure and facility provisions (for public schools and islamic schools) such as renova-tion of education infrastructure and facilities and actions on research process and society education development;

- Training for surrounding citizens to increase their skills and competence, such as driving training, computer course, and batik-making course.

Religious Programs

The aid was given to assist religious ceremonial activities such as aid for building and renovating religious buildings, religious facility provisions, and other supporting facility provisions to increase the functions and benefits of those facilities for society.

Program Peningkatan Kesehatan Masyarakat

Bantuan ini ditujukan bagi peningkatan fasilitas kesehatan masyarakat yang meliputi pembangunan dan renovasi sarana pelayanan kesehatan, pembangunan dan renovasi sarana sanitasi umum, sunatan massal, pengobatan gratis masyarakat, pengadaan obat-obatan, Perbaikan Gizi Balita melalui Posyandu, serta kegiatan yang menyangkut pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat lainnya.

Pengembangan Sarana Umum

Bantuan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana umum ditujukan untuk membangun dan memperbaiki fasilitas umum sehingga dapat meningkatkan fungsi dan kegunaannya bagi masyarakat setempat, meliputi jalan umum, jembatan, sarana olah raga, dan fasilitas umum lainnya.

Public Health Improvement Programs

The aid was intended to improve public health facilities which covered building and renovating health service facilities, building and renovating public sanitary facilities, mass circumcisions, free public medication, medicine provisions, nutrition improvement for children under five years old through an integrated service post (Posyandu), and other activities related to public health service.

Public Facility Development

The aid for public facilities and infrastructure development is intended for establishing and fixing public facilities to improve their function and benefits for the local people; they cover streets, bridges, sports facilities, and other public facilities.
