This option works great for Message or Memorial benches, company advertis ing or to honor a fr iend for an accomplishment. Each bench is a sustainable product that wil l endure in harsh outdoor conditions. Place a bench in a public location for al l to see or keep in your home or garden.

SHIPPING POLICY

Polly Products has negotiated discounts with various freight carriers and wil l attempt to get the customer the best rate possible. We wil l ship the order by the most practical and economical way available to us, unless at the time of order placement, Customer Service is provided with specific instructions of a carrier that the customer wil l pay directly. All of our products are shipped FOB (Free on Board) from our factory. The customer wil l be charged for the freight on the invoice at t ime of shipment unless prior arrangements have been made.

The order may be shipped by commercial truck carrier which wil l require the customer to have the abil ity to offload the truck. If additional services are required, (such as residential delivery, l ift gate, prior notif ication of delivery) please l ist this on the order form as there may be additional charges.

Our web site has a freight estimator for various shipping methods, ABF, FedEx Ground and truck freight (custom). This service is an estimation only. We wil l make every effort to meet or improve this estimation at the time of shipment. We cannot, however, guarantee this rate as fuel surcharges are applied weekly.

Should there be a delay of shipment, in transit, Polly Products is not responsible and invoicing terms sti l l apply. Upon notif ication of a delay, we wil l track your shipment and attempt to resolve any issues.

To request an expedited shipping service or for information regarding International orders and options, please contact Customer Service for a cost quote.

RETURN POLICY

The customer may return all items purchased at Polly Products within 30 days of the original delivery in accordance with the following: Polly Products wil l replace at our option, or pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective, or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways and wil l be charged a restocking fee of 20%. No returned merchandise wil l be accepted without a Return Authorization Code issued by Polly Products. Credit wil l be issued in the same manner as payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item in acceptable reusable condition.

A Return Authorization Code must be received from Polly Products customer service prior to any product being returned. Returns wil l not be accepted, or credit wil l not be given for items returned without a Return Authorization Code issued in advance by Polly Products and located on the outside of the Package. Please ensure the Return Authorization Code is clearly identif ied on the outside of the return. All returned items should be securely packaged in the manner received to avoid shipping damage. Credit wil l not be given for returns that are damaged or missing components due to inadequate packaging.

DAMAGED CLAIMS

Unfortunately damage does occur during shipping from time to time. Please inspect your products for vis ible and hidden damage, or missing components upon receipt. Make note of any damaged or missing components on the with the carrier before signing off on the shipment. All packaging and paperwork should be kept unti l the inspection process is completed. Damage and shortage claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery. Please contact our Customer Service department for returns or replacement instructions.
