The new Mower Conditioner line from Vermeer combines exceptional productivity,

flexibility and convenience into one high-performance package, giving operators

complete control in even the toughest mowing conditions.

Equipped with the all-new Q3™ Cutter Bar, the MC2800, MC 3300 and MC3700

Mower Conditioners provide optimum performance with reduced horsepower

requirements. With the modular disc design and unique cutter bar accessibility,

maintenance and repair on these mower conditioners are user-friendly. And the

Quick-Clip® Blade Retention System and Quick-Change™ Shear Ring simplify

changing blades and repairing sheared discs. A nitrogen-charged accumulator

suspension system replaces traditional spring systems, ensuring steady ground

contact and a more consistent cut. With a simple turn of a knob, operators can

easily customize suspension systems to meet varying field conditions.

The modular cutter bar design allows for cutter units to be repaired individually, reducing the need to take apart the entire cutter bar. The MC2800 offers a 9.1' (2.8 m) cutting width, the MC3300 offers a 10.5' (3.3 m) cutting width and the MC3700 offers a 12' (3.7 m) cutting width.

1 The nitrogen-charged accumulator suspension system provides consistent weight on the cutter bar throughout the full range of motion, reducing ground contact and ensuring a consistent cut. Make quick adjustments to suspension settings to meet varying field conditions, helping to reduce stress on the header and framework. Results in longer mower life and less field damage compared to mechanical spring systems.

2 The steel roller conditioner features an aggressive profile that allows for consistent conditioning across the roller. The durable steel roller conditioner provides the ability to break down tougher crops, but can be adjusted for gentler conditioning of leafy, alfalfa crops.

The tine conditioner features free-swinging, steel v-tines. An adjustable concave plate and 2 speed settings allow operators to set the conditioning level, and a simple conditioning mechanism scrapes the surface of the material to reduce dry time.

4 Multiple swath adjustment options give operators more control over their windrow formation. Produce narrow windrows for baling directly behind the mower, or a wide swath for quicker dry time.

The Quick-Clip® Blade Retention System allows operators to quickly replace or reverse blades. Simply slide out the clip, reload the new blade, tap it in place with the provided tool and get back to mowing.

1 The Quick-Change Shear Ring is a small ring with pins that sits within the disc hub, and shears when a potentially damaging obstacle is encountered, protecting internal components. Operators replace the ring rather than the hub, making replacement simple and reducing potential contamination to the cutter bar.

Access on top of each cutter unit lets operators check and replace

Superior cutter bar protection! Extra wide skid shoes, made from hardened steel, eliminate potential pinch points between the cutting discs, protect against damaging rocks and extend the life of the mower. “Austemper” heat-treated blades are shatter-resistant and reversible. Compare the difference in thickness and quality of the Vermeer cutting blade versus other mowers on the market.

Oftentimes, it’s pretty easy to overlook the little differences in the

performance and reliability of a standard 3-point disc mower. But when you

experience better results, more reliability and fewer maintenance issues with
