Trinitas Cellars Vineyard Tour & Brunch (optional; on-site)Guests are invited to tour Trinitas Cellars Vineyard with our own dedicated guide and taste five current release wines. Hear the history of the Napa Valley and why its wines are world-renowned. Learn about the life cycle of a vine, vineyard management, and the influence of viniculture on the wines. IMPORTANT: This is a walking tour through a working vineyard and it is strongly recommended that guests wear comfortable closed-toe walking shoes. There will be stairs, inclines, and uneven ground; this tour may not be suitable for all guests. After the tour, guests are invited to have brunch on-site, where there will be a hot breakfast and bloody mary/mimosa bar.

The Meritage Resort & Spa has offered a group rate to LPA guests of $245 per night. To book your room, call 855.318.1768 and request a room in the Laboratory Products Association block. The room must have a credit card guarantee. The hotel cancellation policy is 2 days prior to arrival. Please call the hotel with any changes or cancellation as soon as possible to avoid charges from the hotel. After October 19, rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed.

The LPA has negotiated a reduced resort fee of $20/day, which includes a welcome bottle of wine, bottled waters refreshed daily, local and 800 number toll-free calls, daily newspaper, resort business center and fax service, in-room high-speed Internet access, wi-fi in all public areas, valet and self-parking, use of resort fitness facilities, evening downtown Napa shuttle, and shuttle to Eagle Vines and Chardonnay Golf Course (using hotel vehicles only).
