2014 in a Nutshell2014 was a very eventful year. Now that lives

revolve around social media trends grew faster than ever last year. One of the most popular was wearing bold and dark coloured lipsticks. Every year there are always those movies that everybody knows about and everyone has seen. Last year some of these movies were Mocking jay Part 1, and The Fault in our Stars. The news that was the most popular had to do with deadly diseases, and mysterious disappearances. Within 2014 technology has improved and is better than it has ever been. Apple and Samsung have come up with new ideas such as the iPhone 6, or 6+, and the Smart Watch. Also the slang we teenagers use has changed yet again. We say things like ‘bae’ or ‘yaaasss.’ Overall 2014 was a year filled with memories and moments never to be forgotten.
