ORDERS Minimum first time order is $300.00; re-order is $200.00. Orders must be placed by indicated minimums or by multiples of minimums. If orders are placed below minimums, DCI reserves the right to increase item quantity to minimum and/or multiple of the minimum. All cancellations and/or changes to any order are only accepted in writing. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.

BACKORDERS It is the responsibility of the customer to cancel backorders. All cancellations and/or changes to any backorder are only accepted in writing. Backorders will be shipped without customer notification. Backorders under $75.00 are shipped under the discretion of DCI. DCI reserves the right to combine below minimum backorders from multiple sales orders.

PAYMENT For all new customers, the first 3 orders must be paid by credit card. Cards are charged at the time of shipment and only for the items that are shipping. We are unable to call before charging your card. We do not ship COD. Terms can be established for future orders by supplying DCI with credit references and by completing the DCI Credit Application. Please allow up to 10 business days for a credit decision to be made.

PAST DUE ACCOUNTS We reserve the right not to ship open orders to customers with past due invoices without notification. Late payment will result in cancellation of terms. Past-due accounts are charged 1.5% per month interest.

SHIPPING We ship via UPS unless otherwise instructed. FOB point is Elizabeth, NJ.

RETURNS AND CLAIMS Claims and returns must be made by telephone or by emailing [email protected]. Claims must be made no later than 10 days after shipment receipt. Claims not reported within this time frame will not be honored. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and the freight will not be credited. Unauthorized and/or unjustified returns will forfeit claim. All returned items must be received in original packaging and condition.
