Registration FeesAll program fees are set according to the cost of the instructor, supplies and minimum class enrollment. Some programs may require additional fees or supplies.

Waiting ListsDue to instructor/participant ratios, each class and program will have a maximum number of spots available. Once the class maximum has been reached, subsequent registrants will be notified that the class is full and will have the option to be placed on a waiting list. Should spots become available, program openings will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis from registrants that appear on the waiting list. If you are contacted off a waitlist, you must register and pay within 24 hours in-person at the Frisco Athletic Center.

Quality AssuranceTry our classes! If, after attending the first class, you are not happy with the quality of the program, call us right away. Tell us what is wrong so we can make it right. There are no refunds for non-attendance, one-day classes or supply fees.

you will receive a full refund or a credit equal to the class fee; or a class transfer can be requested.

3. If a Withdrawal Request Form is not received at least 10 days prior to the start of the class or session, a refund will not be issued.

4. Medical Refund – A credit will be issued to the participant’s account minus a 20% processing fee, if an illness or injury causes a participant to miss a single-day class, the entire session or the remainder of a session. To be eligible for a Medical Refund, written documentation from a physician’s office must accompany the Refund Request Form and must be received within 72 hours of the first missed class. The refund will be pro-rated if the withdrawal occurs during the session.

5. Transfers from one Frisco Fun Guide season to another are not allowed.

6. Processing of refund checks from cash or check payments takes approximately four to six weeks. Refund checks will be mailed. Refunds to credit card must be made in person.

7. Account credits are valid for one year from the date of issue. 8. Under no circumstances will a cash refund be provided.

We utilize the USTA Quickstart tennis format which makes tennis easier to learn and more fun for young players. The courts are smaller, nets are lower, and racquets are sized for small hands. This makes kids more successful and able to

play points sooner. Children will begin in their appropriate age group, but may be moved to a different level by the tennis instructor.

Learn to Swim - Parent and Child (6mo. - 3 yrs.)The purpose of the Parent and Child Aquatic program is to help young children become comfortable in and around the water so they are ready to learn to swim. While the class is designed to raise the comfort level of the child, it is also intended to educate the parent or caregiver in basic water skills so they are better equipped to aid in their child’s aquatic education and ensure that their child stays safe in all water activities. Children two to three years will be introduced to equipment used in preschool lessons and will work with instructors on taking individual direction to help transition from parent and child to preschool swim classes.Code Days Dates Times FeesM/W 6:15PM27252 M/W 9/03 - 9/24 6:15 - 6:50pm $7027254 M/W 9/29 - 10/22 6:15 - 6:50pm $8027263 M/W 10/27 - 11/19 6:15 - 6:50pm $80T/TH 9:45AM27251 Tu/Th 9/02 - 9/25 9:45 - 10:20am $80SAT 9:00AM27262 Sa 9/06 - 9/27 9:00 - 9:35am $4027264 Sa 10/04 - 10/25 9:00 - 9:35am $4027265 Sa 11/01 - 11/22 9:00 - 9:35am $4027266 Sa 12/06 - 12/20 9:00 - 9:35am $30SAT 10:30AM27253 Sa 9/06 - 9/27 10:30 - 11:05am $4027255 Sa 10/04 - 10/25 10:30 - 11:05am $4027257 Sa 11/01 - 11/22 10:30 - 11:05am $4027260 Sa 12/06 - 12/20 10:30 - 11:05am $30Location: FAC - Indoor Aquatic Center

Helping Frisco Families Make Lasting Memories

We appreciate everything! Loreena was just fantastic.

We sold our home much faster than we had planned

and for more than we were expecting! Loreena helped

us in so many ways I can hardly begin to tell you. She

helped us get top dollar for our home in a down

market, she was patient with us as we were deciding

on our new home purchase. She helped us from the

beginning to the end and is still assisting us, months after

the sale. Loreena is just awesome, I promise you will not

go wrong if work with her, either selling or buying. Just a

great experience! Thank you Loreena!
